We had a great stay - awesome spot for a trip away with friends! Lots of space to lounge inside and a beautiful deck with a view. Loved having a BBQ & hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. Easy to move in for a couple of days and have it feel like home!

Place was great, had no problems finding it. Perfect for a night away with friends. My fiance loved all the small details walking in the door from music, lights and smell. Swings were a great touch! Great place to get away to relax

Very cozy cottage with great views. So nice to come back to after a day of exploring Nova Scotia. Centrally located - we made day trips to Halifax, Lunenberg, Fundy Bay, etc. Because of the weather we didn't get to enjoy the decks much, but we did see one gorgeous sunset, and even when the weather was nasty it was nice to sit inside and watch the waves and the fog from our cozy warm chairs by the fireplace. The cottage is right behind the main house and you share the back yard and sun deck, but that really wasn't an issue since the weather was cold and windy. We barely saw the guests in the main house.

We needed a last minute place to stay and Benjamins lovely lakehouse was available. Beautiful property on the lake with lots of activities for the family. Private and quiet, yet any amenities are close by. If we are in the area again we would definitely come back!

Beautiful, peaceful home with a balcony that was right on the water. Views out in every direction and a short walk to the beach. Sarah's place is very well organized for guests, extremely quiet, comfortable and clean. It felt like staying at a friend's who left treats for us in the fridge. Would 100% stay again. The only thing we regret is not staying longer!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Karen and Dan’s! This is the second time that we go as a group of friends to unwind and have a relaxing weekend together at their place. We loved having a campfire by the water and getting to use the hot tub. We look forward to being there again!

Shorty’s Place was a clean and comfortable stay for our time in Lunenberg. It was a quick drive into downtown for a day of art galleries and food, then we enjoyed the late afternoon and evening on the back deck, reading and waiting for our laundry to dry on the line. Thanks, Peter!

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

Located on a picturesque small island, Mont’s place provides a tranquil and beautiful stay as you can dream of. With the exceptionally detailed information and instructions shared by Mont by email beforehand as well as in hard copies on site, it is easy to find and use what you need. We enjoyed every moment at the place, particularly cooking at the handy kitchen and playing UNO by the warm steel stove. The Crescent Beach that connects the island with the mainland is unique - you can drive on the beach in low tide!

Location is everything! This property is located in a peaceful and picturesque setting, a mere steps from the famous lighthouse. House was spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

We were definitely “wowed” by this beautiful property from the moment we arrived onto our departure. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was well appointed with boating for anything to prepare a wonderful meal! This is my favourite Airbnb and I have stayed in ALOT! Whoever goes to Atlantic Pearl will not be disappointed. Excellent house for our family of four—lots of space, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of basics, and even coffee creamer in the fridge so we didn’t have to find a grocery store right away. There’s a big TV and board games for downtime. Both bathrooms are nice and clean with good water pressure. We like to walk, so we enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants (but it might be a bit far for some). Either way, it’s close to the waterfront and easy access out of town to hit the beaches. There are plenty of towels, extra sheets and pillows, and a cupboard full of “just in case” things. Especially helpful if you fly in to Nova Scotia and can’t bring everything with you. It reminded me a bit of going to Grandma’s house for the weekend—if Grandma was cool and liked to meditate and rock climb. Thanks for a great stay, Tyler!

Shobac farm is a unique architectural and farm experience. It was great to have gaffs point and Hirtle’s beach within hiking distance. The sheep were a constant fascination for our pup. Appreciated having access to a lap pool, steam shower and sauna. Thoroughly enjoyed having a wood fire and enjoying and vast country side views from the gatehouse.

We had 7 people travelling together and this place had all the room and amenities we needed. Big kitchen to cook in, great common area to relax in together and a fabulous view of the lake. It was early in the season so too cold to use the pool but it looked like it would be great. Thanks for having us!

PAM &J.P on été extraordinaires. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour et sommes tombés en amour avec la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Les animaux étaient un extra inattendus. Gustave va beaucoup s’ennuyer de Maple. Petit commentaire QUI N’EST PAS UNE CRITIQUE. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas très grand alors, ne pas faire une trop grosse épicerie à chaque fois. Nous sommes arrivés avec trop de choses et tout ne rentrait pas. Mais encore une fois ce n’est pas grave. Il y une épicerie pas tres loin. Ça se fait très bien. Faut juste pas prévoir trop longtemps d’avance si vous avez une grosse famille comme la mienne. La piscine est extraordinaire!!!!! Près de pleins de belles plages . Nous avons passé un super beau moment en famille!!!

Fantastic hosts. Dream heritage property with total privacy and a heated pool in a park like setting; we booked that property pretty much every year for the last seven years. Rob and Barb are constantly improving the property, there is always something new to discover, whether it's a new appliance, or a brand new landscaped river frontage inviting you to sit and watch river and ocean life whilst sipping a glass of tasty red provided with the welcome basket. We enjoyed eating out at the Lunenburg restaurants, as much as we enjoyed cooking a delicious meal at their place, which is fully equipped, one can easily cook up a gourmet meal. Golden! we absolutely loved our stay in the cottages! We were able to use a lot of their amenities, Kayaks, boat, pool.. it was so much fun and we made some great memories as a family! Thank you to Katelyn for the great cottage and customer service, we hope to come back again :)

David’s property overlooking Shad Bay is a gem with a wonderful view! The kitchen was well stocked, and he even provided a dozen eggs, juice and bread should one desire a hearty breakfast to cook on a two burner induction hot plate. The kitchen, while large, is not designed to cook full dinners. The bed was very comfortable. David’s decorating style is eclectic with a good dose of contemporary mixed in with traditional furnishings and the art taking center stage. David greeted us upon arrival and we spoke with him every morning. We had delightful conversation. A highlight for us was interacting with Molly and Peaches, a small poodle and a large doodle. We would highly recommend David’s accommodation!

Very comfortable and lots of room. Loved how close it was to a store with take out excellent food!
