A completely unique, thoroughly renovated and top-insulated family cottage in the 1st row to Sejerøbugten with the most child-friendly sea and a wonderful view. Everything has been restored to the architect's original design from 1961, including newly upholstered B.M. furniture, wood on walls and floors, large terraces, brand new kitchen and nice bathroom. Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Beautifully renovated cottage located on a beautiful natural plot in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's nicest sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse off under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire area, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house is fully renovated at the beginning of July 2025.

Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).
