A completely unique, thoroughly renovated and top-insulated family cottage in the 1st row to Sejerøbugten with the most child-friendly sea and a wonderful view. Everything has been restored to the architect's original design from 1961, including newly upholstered B.M. furniture, wood on walls and floors, large terraces, brand new kitchen and nice bathroom. Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Lean back and relax in our little cottage, which is located in beautiful natural surroundings and only an hour's drive from Copenhagen. There is only one open space and the cottage is therefore perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend with friends or a maternity trip to nature. There are two double beds, a small kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a toilet, a shower and a large sunny wooden terrace, where you will find a gas grill and double sunbed. The nicest place in the world! Beautiful year-round cottage with walking distance to a lovely beach with the most beautiful sunsets at Sejerø Bay. Large, lovely lush garden of 1300 m2, with plenty of room for ball games, croquet, badminton, barbecue or just to relax. The area is perfect for long walks and bike rides. There are 5 bicycles. 2 large bedrooms both with double beds 180x200. Large newly-built Annex with room for 3 sleeping guests. Beautiful bathroom and newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher.

Beautifully renovated cottage located on a beautiful natural plot in an old cottage area with beautiful nature. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the house's three terraces, one of which is covered. Go to one of Denmark's nicest sandy beaches (600 m from the house) and rinse off under the outdoor shower when you get home or take a nap in the hammock. For families with children, there is a campfire area, tennis, various outdoor games and board games. The house is fully renovated at the beginning of July 2025.

Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Top-class nature experiences with 300m to the forest and 2 km to Denmark's best beach. We can't wait to welcome you in.

En perfekt kombination af dansk charme og luksuriøs komfort, der byder på masser af plads, privatliv og unikke faciliteter, der gør dit ophold uforglemmeligt. Huset har 4 soveværelser og plads op til 9 gæster + babyseng. Tre værelser har dobbeltsenge, og det fjerde har en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng - ideelt for familier flere par. Ca. 10 minutters gang til stranden.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

This authentic thatched-roof guest house is right next to the main host house. It is a peaceful, simple and relaxing oasis for a short weekend or summer vacation in nature. This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
