Sun facing,at1500m elevation,brand new apartment,decorated in lovely mountain style with astonishing mountain view.Only 2km from closest skiing lane,in quiet neighborhood with wonderful mountain view & evergreen forest around. Fully pawed road with public lights connecting it to main road. Grocery shops, hotels and restaurants are in close walking distance. No stairs and no uphill/downhill walking is required to reach your warm and comfy apartment from private parking just in front of the house.

Our flat is 3 minutes from the main bus station, in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 15 minutes from the center of the city. It has everything you need for a short or long stay: fully equipped kitchen, possibility to wash your clothes on demand, and a nice, spacious living room to relax after a long day! On summer nights, you can also enjoy our two balconies.

We stayed five nights at Ivana's place and we loved it! Both of us work remotely, so the close proximity to the ski lift and ski rental was very convenient. We really appreciated having access to the spa and a cozy pub serving delicious local food, with exceptionally friendly staff. Although the area around is still being built, the apartment and spa exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. The spa is spacious, with large pool and breathtaking views of the snow-covered forest. We couldn’t get enough of the stunning views of the snowy forest, both from our apartment and the spa pool. Additionally, Jovan was our point of contact and he was extremely professional and responsive and has made sure we had everything we needed. Highly suggested this place, and we´ll definitely be back.

A townhouse on the slope of the mountain. Private, peaceful, 10-15 min to the Kopaonik skiing center by car. Small kitchen has everything essential to cook a breakfast or a dinner. Very good stove. Firewood is provided. House is warm, heater in every room.

Everything was great. The new apartment has everything you need: a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. It’s easy to reach the gondola station with just a 5-minute walk. There is private parking available. A good restaurant is located next to the apartment building. Highly recommended!
