Due to the central location (between the train station and the trade fair), the typical destinations - trade fair, old town, city center, sightseeing - are very easy to reach.

From this centrally located stylish accommodation, you can reach all the important places in a few minutes - whether in the city center, Meistersingerhalle or trade fair (then by subway). The exclusive furnishings with oak parquet give a special feel-good atmosphere. The bathroom is our special pride! The apartment is on the 5th floor, the elevator will take you up. Supermarkets, restaurants... in the immediate vicinity. Tram, subway too. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center.

The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Access to the apartment is lockable. The staircase is shared. Bus and S-Bahn stops are very close. Well connected to downtown and the convention center. The Dutzendteich (Rock im Park, DTM) is also within walking distance of the property.
