Very quiet neighborhood overlooking the surroundings of Viveiro and its estuary. Surrounded by nature, 3km away are the beaches and the village. The house is 50m, consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room in the same room, terrace and barbecue. The laundry area is shared with two washing machines and two clotheslines for each house. Parking is not private, you can leave it outside. Restaurant just five minutes from the house. Bread is delivered daily to the door.

In Sobreira, Vilamarín in a beautiful setting, I offer you my cozy guesthouse, restored traditional Galician stone, ideal for couples. A very quiet place, perfect for disconnecting from the noisy, created a warm and cozy space, decorated with objects from my multiple trips. To access to the accommodation you need to up some stairs and has a front patio. You can have breakfast if you want, I will be there to greet you and help you throughout your stay.

The house is equipped with heating, so it can be used in the winter season. We are pet friendly, the house has two cats and two very quiet and affectionate Labrador dogs.
