Vacation rentals with a patio in Lugano District

They were very nice holidays in Caslano. The place was great, everything worked out well and hostess Julia was very friendly. I can highly recommend the apartment! We particularly liked the great, quiet location overlooking the lake and mountains. It was picobello clean and everything necessary was available, even enough space and storage. Thank you very much!

We spent two nights at the property. The location with the private pool was awesome, and our children had great fun, and of course we did too. The room was superbly equipped and very clean. Communication with the host went smoothly, and he was always available. We will be happy to come back.

Mara‘s apartment felt home the moment we stepped inside. My son was very happy with all the toys available. Very kid-friendly in that sense. We were able to utilize the kitchen and it has eveything you need (except for microwave) but it was not a problem for us. Very clean and minimalist ambiance. Would highly recommend! 💯

An absolutely memorable stay! The apartment offers a breathtaking lake view and a large terrace. Everything was perfect – clean, lovingly decorated and ideal also with a dog. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!

Good location, 10 minutes from Lido and 15 from downtown with the bus. Nice and clean apartment, perfect for a family with 3 kids.

A very nice, clean apartment with everything you need. We really enjoyed the outdoor space where we had breakfast. Zorica is very helpful in giving information right away. The daughter we met is also very kind and helpful.

We loved spending our week-long stay with our two kids and dog at this villa. As soon as the door opens, you arrive at this beautiful and gigantic entrance hall that gives access to all the rooms of the house and attracts you to the outside where the view is just amazing. The indoor space is very large, clean and well kept. The decoration and furniture are old style but of high quality which makes all the charm of this villa. The outdoor area and large pool are well-maintained and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The contacts I had with Alex and Claudia (hosts) were very nice and their responses were very quick. Their directions are clear and they also inform us about the activities to discover nearby/shops/restaurants which is very useful. Thanks to them for allowing us to create wonderful memories!

We were very happy at the rustic. It's quiet, calm, and peaceful. The fireplace made the rustico feel very cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Michael even brought us a Nespresso machine. The balcony provides an uninterrupted view over the lake, Locarno, and Ascona. The area has so many attractions, we're planning on coming back.

Unique house with stunning views and great character

We had a fantastic time in Sessa – a beautiful place with local village life and perfect base for trips to the Lugano - Lake Maggiore region. Jonas' house is very charming, has an authentic atmosphere, everything was as described online. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and basic ingredients, which makes the stay very pleasant for families. Communication with Jonas was very relaxed, he was always accessible and made sure we were introduced well into the house. We would love to visit Jonas' house again and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

A wonderful place, very well maintained and perfectly furnished. The view was splendid. The accommodation is very nice, and the terrace is a real plus: even in bad weather, it remains usable. We are already looking forward to coming back! Antonella was very considerate throughout our stay. Even though we didn't meet in person, she gave us all the necessary information with great responsiveness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Villino. The cottage is stylishly furnished and offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The garden, the lake view, a very good restaurant just around the corner, the pretty beach and the boat dock are also within walking distance...we can highly recommend the Villino for relaxing days......communication with Jeannette was very friendly and efficient, thanks again for the lovely stay.

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.

The apartment has a huge, green garden. The house was clean and compact. There was humidity inside the house it was cold even though the weather is hot. The internet did not work first day but Isabel (host) solved the problem next day. Isabel was very helpful and she answered promptly anything I asked. It was a very nice stay and comfortable. The neighbours were very nice people. If you want to be in nature and if you like green, it may be a very good choice. If she can place a net on the windows it might be good for not having the insects inside the house. The apartment has a big refrigerator, the kitchen is enough for cooking. I thank Isabel for her nice apartment, easy check-in and check-out. She was very helpful and very nice person.

Romina's place was just like the pictures - very conveniently located next to the swimming pool and lake. The place was big and bright with tons of closet storage. I personally loved her knifes for cooking as the were actually sharp and great for cutting tomatoes (something rare in Airbnbs). There was also lots of linen and it all smelt fresh and newly washed. The apartment is an easy drive to lots of sites and if you have water equipment (paddle board, etc) the lake is easy access and there is a lot of communal storage.

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. Michael communicates quickly and is open to additional questions or concerns. Thank you, dear Michael, for the wonderful stay.

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

The apartment was very nice and quiet. You have everything you need in the apartment and even additional games for nice game evenings. Josiane and Tiziano were also always available and very friendly. The only thing to complain about would be the driveway to the house because it is high in the mountains. However, it is very quiet up there and you get used to this trip by car.

What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
