Small cottage located on a peninsula, intended for relaxation, swimming (direct access to the river) and sunbathing on the large 70 m2 terrace overlooking the goat meadow. The cottage is composed of a 30m2 living room, where the living room has a wood stove, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower and the toilet. A separate 20 m2 room has a direct view of the river. For a few days or more, for a period from March to November, I will welcome you to our small house in Arcy s/cure. On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190). On the first floor, a large bedroom with a single bed (140x190), a second bedroom with two beds (90x190) and a toilet. Clean and sociable pets are allowed.
