Lovely 24 m2 studio with a 38 m2 terrace (plants, deckchairs, garden furniture), view of Chartres, on the 4th and top floor of a small secure building, shops nearby, 10 min walk from the train station and the city center, you can park without any problems nearby. All interior comforts ( iron, hair dryer, wifi, tv, washing machine...) for a pleasant stay in Chartres. Check-Office Before 11am, check in after 3pm.
