Location: Super lapit sa Bus Station, Sm San Pablo, Jollibee, Grocery Store, 7/11, Chowking, Burger King, etc. WiFi: Good connection.

Lei's place was perfect for our family, including my senior parents. Its walking distance to the church, restaurants and tsinelas shopping. The place is new and very complete in amenities. We loved the super clean and nice smelling linen, pillows and towels.

The place was better than expected. It is well equipped to accomodate our needs. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The area was very peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible and close to the main road. A small suggestion, if its possible to have netflix or a small karaoke. Overall, we definitely recommend the place and will probably stay here again should we come back to eLBi.

This is our second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The host is easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, looks exactly as advertised, and is very accessible to UPLB campus and restaurants. They even give free snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we return. :)

If you're looking for a peaceful place with reliable indoor amenities and net connection, this is a perfect one for you. It is neat, clean, and very well-maintained. I work remotely as well and it just did it for me. I will certainly come back. Worth your money!
