Osada Sobótka is a place created from a passion to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and celebrate the beauty of nature. Wanting to share this passion with others, we have created an oasis of peace among fields and forests, in close proximity to a picturesque lake. A perfect place for a romantic weekend, a trip with family or friends. The surrounding nature encourages active recreation – walks, bike trips. In the evenings, you can light a fire under the stars and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Pond house

This pond house with a green roof, built in summer 2023, is absolutely top notch. The cottage is located on the grounds of an elderberry and sea buckthorn nursery. You have complete privacy, but we are "always" around to help you. We speak Dutch, Polish, German and English. The cottage consists of 1 room with kitchen, sitting and sleeping area. In addition, there is a separate shower toilet. Hot water is available via the wood-fired central heating boiler. There is WiFi, but its quality varies.

Hof Sandsee, Entspannung in der Natur

Hof Sandsee liegt im Waldgebiet Puszcza Notecka. Kiefernwälder wechseln sich hier ab mit den Flussauen der Warte und den sanften Hügeln der Seenlandschaft. Endlose Waldwege laden ein zum Wandern, Reiten, Radeln und Kutschenfahren. Für Pilz und Heidelbeersammler ist es ein wahres Paradies. Auf dem Hof Sandsee wird Reittherapie auf Inlandspferden angeboten. Der Sandsee liefert Gelegenheit zum Baden und Angeln. Das Gästehaus bietet Ihnen absolute Ruhe und Erholung in einer traumhaften Umgebung.

There are numerous attractions in the area, including lakes, beaches, water equipment rentals, forests, numerous hiking and cycling trails, a swimming pool, museums, restaurants, pubs and many other tourist and cultural attractions.

Right next to it there are forest paths for walks and cycling adventures, and the noise-free Biała Lake invites you to swim, go kayaking and surf on SUPs.

Rzeka i Las is the perfect place for lovers of nature, peace and quiet. Perfect for you and your loved ones to relax! Our house is located by the river, in the picturesque village of Kunice, in the Słubice district. It is located among beautiful greenery. In the yard there is a pond, garden tub, sauna, hammock, swing, sun loungers, barbecue, fire pit and accessories for the youngest. You will also find bicycles in our equipment.

The Water Hideout is located in a densely forested and beautiful natural region. The work of the Polish architect was invented in such a way as to fit into the beautiful natural environment and at the same time disturb it as little as possible. Happy residents of the house can rest at their best. The closeness of nature, water equipment and high comfort of living will make one want to come back here again and again.

House 9 on the river, Wartamündung National Park

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.
