Zakery was an amazing host! We arrived really late, but he was incredibly responsive to all our questions. The house itself was fantastic — super clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved that there were TVs in every bedroom, which is such a rare find these days! The location was perfect for us too: just a 5-minute drive from Texas Tech and about 10 minutes from Walmart and grocery stores. The neighborhood was both clean and quiet, which we really appreciated. We plan on being in Lubbock quite a bit, and this will definitely be our go-to place to stay. Thanks for everything, Zakery!

Thanks again to Jennifer for so quickly agreeing to let us check in early to support our schedule. The house was great with 4 private rooms and plenty of amenities. The weather was good so we also really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Very quiet neighborhood with all nice, new builds. Living room was also great for hanging out with multiple people (they can sometimes be cramped with poor seating but this was perfect). Overall very happy with her responsiveness and accuracy of the descriptions of the property.

The property was very nice with coffee etc that you normally have to buy. Most appreciated. The area is very nice and very close to Texas Tech university. The bedrooms are nice and the property is secure and private with two balconies. Access is easy and host was very helpful. No problems finding it or accessing it. Lights were on when we arrived.

We visited Lubbock for my nephew's graduation from Texas Tech and decided to stay at Devin's penthouse when we realized the amazing value - the huge amount of space, accommodations and amenities vs. staying in a hotel. The hotels were more expensive so this was a win! We were able to have family over for dinner one night and played pool and darts, hung out on the enormous wrap around deck and stared at the city lights, then watched movies on the big screen. Overall, it was a great home base and super accommodating. The penthouse was VERY clean and tidy, had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. I think it's important to note that the surrounding area is a bit run down and the common areas of the building, including it's inhabitants, initially gave us pause. It turned out to be very quiet, safe, easy going and the stay in the awesome penthouse made up for it by far! If you are looking to stay in Lubbock this is a must! Thanks, Devin!

We stayed at Jeffery’s for our son’s graduation, the location is perfect for getting to Texas Tech, it’s so close. Easy to find and access, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. We had some last minutes changes due to an emergency health situation and Jeffery was so kind and flexible with us. This is a perfect place to stay in Lubbock, especially if you’re visiting your student!
