Vacation rentals with beach access in Gozón

Ivan has been an exceptional host. Attentive at all times and quick responses. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, super comfortable, fully equipped and is located in a quiet area of Gijón. And it's a short walk from downtown. We were pleasantly surprised. Good communication with Luisa and the house was well communicated, clean and well conditioned. Everything is perfect, if I come back by Avilés I will repeat for sure.

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our check-in time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the center. We traveled with a baby and pet and we had a great time. We will definitely repeat. Thank you very much Marta and Javier :)

Cristina's flat is perfect for a visit to Ribedesella and beyond. Great location for walking the few blocks into town. Parking space in the garage of the building invaluable. The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. Good natural light. We liked everything about it and hope to return.

My husband and I loved our stay at Angela’s place in Gijon. The place is a third floor walk up (American) but second floor for the Europeans! Even with our luggage it was easy to get up the stairs. The place was spacious, beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable there. We loved getting cafe at La Tinta Del Mar at the top of the hill in the morning. We enjoyed the walk along the concha, the cute bars near Plaza Mayor and a delightful dinner at Gloria.

This place is a real gem! The apartment is spacious, bright, and extremely tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is provided to make you feel at home. The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking – the view of the ocean is simply magical. We were greeted by a pleasant smell throughout the house, and everything was sparkling clean. Every little detail reveals that the comfort of the guests is really important. It was a wonderful experience, it was a pleasure to stay here!

I have no doubts... I have been to Gijón several times and this apartment has definitely been the best of all. Oliver and his wife are the best hosts. Everything is fantastic... you feel right at home... I will definitely stay here again when I return to Gijón. One ten out of ten.

A beautiful little house with all the amenities and in an incredible setting. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very attentive to making us comfortable. We will definitely repeat if we have a chance.

Juan is super friendly and very helpful. They show you the area. The house is spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and not noisy at all. It's worth it :)

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

The photos and description of the accommodation and the surroundings match perfectly. Benjamin anticipated each step to take, making the entrance to the house clear and without a doubt, how everything worked and even indicating places to visit, restaurants, routes, ... His kindness and willingness to answer any questions or needs are unbeatable. The cleanliness of the house, furnishings, bed linens and towels, phenomenal. And what can I say about the house, for me it's beautiful, well laid out and the views... the best. Thank you very much for everything, Benjamin. It was a pleasure to stay in your house.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! The apartment is very clean and less than 10 minutes' walk to the beach, perfect for a couple and Isabel is a perfect host!

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.
