Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Great place,great and responsive host. Always available for questions and very accurate and clear information. The complex is great ,the pools are clean and great. A great place to relax for families with children and couples alike. We'll do it again for sure.

This is our favourite place to stay in Primorsko so far! Apartment was sparkling clean, amazing view of the pool from the terrace, 10min walking distance from our favourite beach and overall great value for money! Hopefully we'll be back next year!

This villa is perfect for a big family or for a big group of friends. The swimming-pool is really nice, sauna too! You have a really good view in the 2nd floor, all the rooms are great.. You have a space near the barbecue very cool... Mother and sister of Maya are very friendly and available. Again thanks you Maya, it was a very good pleasure in Varvara!! I recommand it! We were super happy staying in Evlogi’s flat. The flat has a perfect location, close to the beach but tucked into a quiet street. The beach is walking distance, parking is free and easy. The flat itself has a character and is fully equipped for a long stay (more than a week). The kitchen is very comfortable, there is a washing machine. It is air conditioned. It feels like home. Last but not least, Evlogi is very easy going and hospitable. We felt very welcome as if we were visiting a friend. Overall I recommend staying with him. Our experience was really positive.

The apartment is clean and very comfortable. It is located in a peaceful area near the north beach. The view from the terrace is of the dunes and the sea. I recommend!

It was an experience indeed. The caravan and the location are lovely, but it is optimal for four persons.

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

Jordan’s place was extremely nice with great location and everything you need to fully enjoy a peaceful time in Strandja mountain! Lots of trails for hiking at walkable distance. Jordan was super helpful as a host. We had to checkout late in the afternoon and he was very polite and understanding of the situation.

Hi, We remember the stay very fondly. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We were very nicely greeted by Gergana's nice parents. They took care of our well-being and provided us with all the help on the spot. We were treated to a traditional Bulgarian dish, Banica, prepared by the hosts. We also got a jar of fig jam. Everything was delicious. Gergana's mom even brought us traditional white cheese from Burgas. As for the neighborhood, it is a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. We walked to the beautiful beach in 10 minutes. There were very few people on the beach, but the food outlets, as for the time before the season, were already open. It is worth having a car to be able to visit nearby towns, Sozopol, Nesbar and others. We are very grateful for everything and we will definitely want to come back to this place. Amazing place for one big family or a group of 5 or 6 people! The atmosphere in the garden is perfect. The pool and the barbecue are making it peaceful. The location is great!

We spent a great time at Oksana's place in Kiten. The pleace is really nice and close to the beach. I am recommending it for everyone who plans to spend time in Kiten.

Excellent property, very clean and well maintained. All kitchen equipment is brand new and stain free. Leads of plates and cutlery. The host great at communicating and quick to reply.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

This apartment is the great place for familly holiday. The best swiming pool in Czernomorec. Great view from the balcony (sun rices every day!!!!) 5 minutes from apartment by car to Sozopol is a beautifull beach. Beach near apartment is very small. In walking distance are few shops and restaurant (iskra). Czarnomorec is a good starting point for trips to Sozopol, Burgas or Nesebar. And Ropotomo Natur Park.
