Vacation rentals with a pool in Lowlands

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Penelope, our hostess, was absolutely amazing; so thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Xavier, the 24-hour concierge, was an absolute gem! Always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of. The daily cleaning service kept everything pristine, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. My friends and I felt pure joy being there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, or looking at the bay's skyline, every part of the experience was peaceful and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, serene getaway look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Un séjour exceptionnel!! Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Coco Beach et nous avons vraiment aimé notre expérience. L'endroit était parfait pour 2 couples. Le Coco Beach était a proximité de la plage et la piscine était très belle et propre. Le Coco Beach a de belles commodités et à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Nous avons cuisiné, nous sommes allé chercher du resto. Honnêtement, nous pourrions y retourner sans hésiter.

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

My stay at this Airbnb was exceptional! The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this gem for a comfortable and memorable trip!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

Sergei's property was wonderful! every spacious and truly had everything I needed to make my family's stay easy and comfortable.

Liron s place is a fantastic, quiet apartment with beautiful views over a golf course and a lagoon. The apartment has more than you will ever need and in fact has more amenities than listed such as reading lamps (which I needed for working) and many beach towels etc. TV, internet etc work perfectly. We had an excellent stay and I could not recommend this apartment more highly. Also Liron and Karolina have very positive energy.
