Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lowlands

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Marie, un vrai petit coin de paradis à Saint Martin. Tout était parfait de l'accueil très sympathique de Marjorie jusqu'à notre départ avec Marie, toute l'équipe était à notre écoute. Le logement est spacieux et très propre avec sa terrasse sur la plage, c'est un vrai bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer turquoise des Caraïbes. Nous espérons revenir très vite !!

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

We had a wonderful stay at Pope's Inn. This family is so kind and will give you the warmest welcome to the island. If you want an authentic Anguillan experience, this is the place for you. Beautiful, serene setting with Four Seasons views at a fraction of the price! This property is right next to the resort and has the same beach access. Mead's Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen - crystal clear, turquoise waters and a plethora of excellent restaurants to choose from. The Inn's patio and balcony are both spectacular and the interior is impeccably clean. Beautiful countertops and having a spacious two bedroom setup is a huge plus. We could only stay for one night at the tail end of our trip, but it was the perfect way to finish off our Anguillan adventure. Thank you to Maureen and Dave for your hospitality. We hope to come visit again soon <3

I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

Nina, Kevin, and Melissa were amazing hosts. The villa became our favorite vacation spot we've ever been to. The property is amazing, they take great care of the house and pool. Any small thing you can think of, they had it already prepared. The option to order groceries and other supplies was well worth it, there's nothing better than relaxing poolside with a nice chilled champagne and taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the island(s) We plan on returning, and cannot wait to do so!

Très bien situé au nord, vous aurez de la tranquillité mais Il faut une voiture. Une semaine n’a pas suffit!! La piscine était quasi à nous!!! Jet ski à 5 mn et petite plage. Chemin des froussard à faire avec un pique-nique et des chaussures de marche👍.

Très beau séjour un complexe avec des activités les gens sont très accueillant. Le condo face a la mer et la piscine.

Le logement était identique aux photos et la vue sur le lagon était tout simplement magnifique. Le lit est ultra confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Le fait que la cuisine est à l'extérieur amène un cachet, même si cuisiner à la chaleur est moins agréable 😅 La tranquillité était au rendez-vous. Il y a également un centre de plongée dans le bâtiment juste à côté ce qui nous a permit de nous y rendre à pied en 3 minutes. Pour nous qui sommes plongeurs c'était merveilleux. Les 2 piscines sont également parfaites et peu achalandées. Je reviendrais sans hésiter 😉

We had such an amazing 5 days at the bungalow! Everything was very clean upon arrival! The seclusion and privacy this house offered was great for a couples vacation we thoroughly enjoyed and will book again! Don’t be deterred by not having air conditioning. We opened the window vents and turned on the fans at night and were perfectly cool during June! The location of this house is perfect on the island! Every beach and restaurant we wanted to go to was no more than a 20 minute drive. Breeze was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had before and during our trip! You MUST book this property if you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing getaway!

Boutique studio in an upscale, posh, and well-serviced condo complex. The location is prime in the lowlands, as you are right next to the airport, iconic Maho beach, and the local riviera; the awesomeness of this cannot be overstated. You can have a shower and walk to Maho beach to have a jet blowdry your hair (must do). The condo complex has a superb rec room, a superb pool, and a gym equipped with higher end equipment like Concept 2 rowers. Entrance to the complex is gated and a security officer is around. I felt safe leaving my passport, cash stash, rolex, amex platinum, work laptop, and my VCA jewelery all in the open; no fear of intruders or nosy hotel staff to bear over me while I enjoy the island. For parking, there is a lot nearby, where my rental car was safe, and there are streetside spots around. Internet was fast (30mbps+) and was totally reliable. Room was spotless and felt like home with lots of personal home decor touches making you feel at home. A+.

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

Zsofia was a great host. There was plenty of communication up from and throughout. The Cliff location is our favorite place to stay on the island. The accommodations are luxurious and the views are to die for. The pool is great and not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. Underground parking is a plus and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores helps too. Can't wait to stay the Cliff again next year!

Although we only stayed one night, Jen’s place is very convenient and easy to find. The self check in is super handy, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom also very clean with a good shower. Nice restaurants nearby as well as a couple of super markets. Good affordable place to stay. And Jen is very helpful and responsive to questions. Thanks!

We felt very fortunate to have selected this condo for our first visit to St. Martin! Perfect for two couples—immaculate and spacious, comfortable and accommodating. The building was very secure with secure parking and a delightful staff at reception desk— staff throughout building was wonderful. The pool is amazing and well maintained; on-site restaurant is fabulous! Private beach was lovely with magnificent turquoise waters. Location is nice for walking to Mullet beach, a few local vibe restaurants and a grocery. Also desirable being a few miles from the more congested areas. Do allow extra drive time for excursions— we almost missed our sunset cruise having underestimated the drive time to the launch. The kitchen only has a K- cup coffee maker which I don’t use but found the Italian espresso pot and actually enjoyed using that for making coffee. If you’re still searching for a rental, look no further because this place will satisfy the most discerning traveler! Delightful!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Herve’s place was worth every cent. I had one of the best views that i could ever ask for while staying at this airbnb. This location is on the french side of Saint Martin meaning that it’s 20 minutes away from Juliana Airport. There are stores and supermarkets close by, you also have restaurants on the boardwalk. Renting a car is a must since there are no Ubers on the island.

I really enjoyed staying here with my son. Staff was very friendly, the cats were very friendly (especially Mango) and it was a quiet environment, which I loved. Not a lot of traffic coming in and out of the hotel. I definitely will be returning!
