Beachfront vacation rentals in Lowlands

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

This is one of the best AirBnBs that I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Grand Case is an incredible beach, and the views from the loft are unforgettable. Laurent and Muriel's loft is beautifully decorated. I want to move in permanently. 😂 I hope to visit again some day. thank you! -Kirsten

Le logement était identique aux photos et la vue sur le lagon était tout simplement magnifique. Le lit est ultra confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Le fait que la cuisine est à l'extérieur amène un cachet, même si cuisiner à la chaleur est moins agréable 😅 La tranquillité était au rendez-vous. Il y a également un centre de plongée dans le bâtiment juste à côté ce qui nous a permit de nous y rendre à pied en 3 minutes. Pour nous qui sommes plongeurs c'était merveilleux. Les 2 piscines sont également parfaites et peu achalandées. Je reviendrais sans hésiter 😉

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The place was not only stunning but also felt very safe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach chairs provided for our outings. The hosts were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their time!!

Perfeito! Depois de explorar a ilha vi que estávamos no melhor lugar! Em frente a melhor e mais bonita praia da ilha! Nem 5 minutos de caminhada pelo lindo campo de golfe! Parece estar em um resort! Vista do apartamento para o campo de golfe e a praia espetacular! Tudo novo! Vale muito a pena!

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad! Het huisje is functioneel en compleet ingericht – alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Marie is super vriendelijk, toegankelijk en heel lief – we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het enige kleine minpuntje zijn de terrasmeubels; die zouden wat comfortabeler mogen. Maar verder niets dan lof – een echte aanrader!

Carolyns Airbnb was amazing. We had everything we needed as if we were right at home. The house was equipt with vacuums, all the kitchen supplies you may need anywhere from spices to pots. If you need something, chances are it’s already there. The air conditioner worked amazingly and our host was very responsive. The place in which the Airbnb was hosted is great too, the pool temperature is just right and easy access to a beach and grocery store nearby! Highly recommend you choose this Airbnb when staying in St.Martin!

We had a great stay! The location of the apartment is really great – in a good residential area. Large pool on the roof where you can swim lengths. The pool was great for watching the planes at Princess Juliana Airport. Anyone who comes to the island for this reason will not find a better location than this. The accommodation had direct access to the beach. There is a beach bar right next (but you didn't hear anything from the beach bar). The apartment was very well equipped and absolutely clean, nothing was missing. Thierry gave us shopping bags. Communication was prompt and uncomplicated. Thierry welcomed us personally when we arrived, he explained everything to us and also gave us valuable tips for our stay. We felt completely at home and would come back at any time!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, c’est notre cinquième fois à saint-Martin et je crois que nous avons trouvé notre logement favoris ! Tout y est : emplacement, services et hôte adorable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Excelente alojamiento!! Súper completo, tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía sin preocuparse por nada, tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Muy limpio. Moderno. Bellamente decorado. La playa es bellísima, tranquila, y privada, al menos en las fechas que estuvimos nosotros, principio de Junio. La cama muy cómoda. Hay un bar/restaurante a 60 metros por la playa, donde se come muy bien. Volvería a este alojamiento sin dudarlo, y lo recomiendo totalmente!

Excelente servicio, Amaya fue muy atenta y amable. Lo recomiendo al 100, esperamos volver pronto!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour! Dominique nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et nous avons bien apprécié cette attention. L’appartement était vraiment d’une propreté parfaite, super confortable! Nous avons grandement profité des vues qu’offrent les 3 terrasses. Nous reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute. Merci également pour les fruits :)
