Ich schreibe selten eine Bewertung, doch diese Unterkunft hat es wirklich verdient, da sie von allen 7 mitreisenden Erwachsenen als sehr gut bewertet wurde. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so, wie der Inhaber es beschreibt und auf den Fotos abgebildet hat. Ich kam herein und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Untypisch aber ja, hier war einfach alles vorhanden. Extra Pluspunkte meinerseits: der umzäunte Gartenbereich mit Spielzeug und netten Sitzgelegenheiten, die super Auswahl an Schallplatten und das verstimme Klavier, was sehr zur Unterhaltung der Pianisten beigetragen hat. Die vorhandene Ukulele war schnell gestimmt und hat ebenfalls ihren Teil zur Hausmusik beigesteuert.

The accommodation is a one of the part of the house from the photo. The host lives there. The accommodation was beautiful, peaceful, and full of smart features. A quiet and pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing and restful weekend. The host was kind and came to welcome us, everything went absolutely smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Das Haus von Leszek war wunderschön, es war alles vorhanden und man fühlte sich dort sofort wohl.

Wspaniały weekend, domek oferuje pełną prywatność. Miejsce za domem w pełni przygotowane do biesiady lub ogniska z podziwianiem gwiazd. Gospodarz komunikatywny, miejsce zgodnie z opisem a do tego możliwość kupienia lokalnych produktów gospodarza! Pozdrawiam i polecam!

Spędziliśmy czas świąteczny w tym wspaniałym miejscu, które jest idealne, by wypocząć w ciszy i spokoju, wśród przyrody. Zieleń lasu wchodzi do środka przez okna. Cudo! Wokół domku duża przestrzeń, zarówno dla dzieci lub psich kompanów. Wewnątrz domek dobrze wyposażony, kominek daje niepowtarzalny klimat. Niewielkim minusem jest mała podblatowa lodówka, w której ciężko pomieścić zaopatrzenie na większą ilość osób. Dużym atutem są dwie łazienki z prysznicem. Okolica niezwykle malownicza, bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy na trasy górskie. Doskonały kontakt z przemiłym gospodarzem. Gorąco polecam zakątek wszystkim szukającym wytchnienia od zgiełku.

mieszkanie duże przestronne, bardzo wygodne, piękny ogród, cisza i spokój, nasz pies miał razem z nami wspaniały urlop :) obok domu płynie rzeczka Kwisa - dla naszego psa uwielbiającego wodę, to raj!

Serdecznie polecam ! Miejsce z klimatem. Dom piękny, czysty, czuć w nim ducha gór 😃 ogród duży, pieski zadowolone, bardzo blisko lasów i różnych szlaków na których głowa może odpocząć od codziennego zgiełku. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu. Jednym słowem odpoczęliśmy. Jeśli będzie możliwość to na pewno odwiedzimy to miejsce ponownie 💚

Miejsce super cisza, spokój. Balia jest mega dużym atutem tego miejsca. W trakcie naszego pobytu nie przeszkadzało nam że na działce są łącznie 3 domki. Pełna prywatność

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

This place was amazing. Magda is an excelent host, everything was squeeky clean and she also left for us a homemade bread which was delicous. We chose this place to get away from big city and enjoy a bit of relax in the country side. It was a great choice and i can only recommend. :)

We had a fantastic stay! Dave and Dorota were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the hot tub, and taking a dip in the pool. We’d happily come back anytime!

Przytulne domki, super widoki, miła obsługa. Podobało nam się tak, że szukaliśmy już z samego rana, przed wymeldowaniem, możliwości przedłużenia pobytu o kolejną noc. Polecam!

We absolutely loved our stay at this little house and the beautiful big garden. We had it all to ourselves and our son loved exploring the whole place. We had everything we needed for our 16months old and even extra toys were at the house. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful nature around! Malgorzata was very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We would come again!

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es hat alles wie beschrieben funktioniert. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es einen Mini-Supermarkt, welcher jeden Tag von 06:00-23:00 geöffnet hat, das war sehr praktisch für den Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf dem Boot, leider war es zu windig um zu fahren. Dennoch haben wir die Ruhe und das tolle Ambiente sehr genossen

Ein wirklich schöner Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Naturnah, ruhig und entspannt. Wir konnten für ein paar Tage gut abschalten und für unsere Hündin war es sehr entspannt auf den Wiesen zu schnuppern. Die beiden Hunde begrüßen einen jeden Tag.

Mieliśmy okazję spędzić tu niezapomniany weekend urodzinowy w gronie 10 osób i od pierwszej chwili wszyscy jednogłośnie zakochaliśmy się w tym wyjątkowym miejscu! Obiekt położony jest w przepięknej, cichej okolicy, gdzie można naprawdę odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku i codziennego pośpiechu. Każdy szczegół domu został dokładnie przemyślany i zaplanowany - wykończenie wnętrz zachwyca wysoką jakością materiałów i dbałością o detale, a wyposażenie jest kompletne i spełnia wszystkie potrzeby gości. Pokoje są przestronne, komfortowe i urządzone z prawdziwym gustem, oferując luksusowe warunki wypoczynku dla każdego. Dodatkowym atutem jest przesympatyczna Agata, która służyła pomocą na każdym kroku, cierpliwie odpowiadając na wszystkie nasze pytania. Jej życzliwość i profesjonalne podejście sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Jesteśmy absolutnie przekonani, że to nie był nasz ostatni pobyt w tym magicznym miejscu - na pewno tu wrócimy pr

Danke Kasia für deine großartige Gastfreundschaft. Das Haus ist klasse, wir waren als großen Familie dort und haben das Wochenende maximal genossen. Draußen am Lagerfeuer haben wir einen leckeren Wintereintopf gekocht, drinnen haben alle um den Kamin gesessen, Spiele gespielt gequatscht und gelacht. Die Räume sind so liebevoll gestaltet, man fühlt sich rund um wohl :) Bis bald!!

Es war sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Tolle Umgebung, liebevoll eingerichtet ohne zu vollgestellt zu sein. Die Küche ist zwar recht klein (wie in der Anzeige beschrieben) aber ist für ein AirBnB überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man sollte jedoch mit der ein oder anderen Spinne klar kommen, was ich bei einem Holzhaus in der Natur als logische Konsequenz sehe. Es sind zwar 3 Häuser nebeneinander aber da sie leicht versetzt stehen stört das nicht. Der Pool liegt wie beschrieben leicht oberhalb der Häuser und ist es auf jedenfall wert. Die Bezahlung direkt über AirBnB lief völlig problemlos. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Petra hat schnell auf unsere Anfrage reagiert und wir konnten sehr spontan buchen. Es war sauber, gemütlich und schön ruhig. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück steht noch Petras Wohnhaus und eine zweite Hütte. Das stört durch den großen schönen Garten aber nicht. Das Dorf und die Gegend drumherum sind auch sehr idyllisch.
