The best of all LBI worlds - Bay, Beach, and Pool

With 7 spread-out bedrooms, our house is perfect for families and big groups. Situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island, it is directly on a lagoon with bay access, yet just a short walk across the street is also the beach. The house has fantastic outside space, including a pool, several lounge chairs, dining table, grill and dock. Inside is spacious with many windows for natural light. A mile in either direction are restaurants, shops, and beach vacation required ice cream parlors.

I had a great stay at the farmstead! Stefani and her husband were wonderful hosts. Getting to meet all of the animals was such a blast. Some of them like Lucille the cow and the little piglets were super friendly! The camper was nice and cozy and Stefani was very proactive in getting us anything that we needed for our stay. I would absolutely come again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The home was spacious and spotless. It was exactly as pictured, from the surroundings to the inside. It was clear that it was cleaned. The location was absolutely perfect, as we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He made check in and out east. We really appreciated all the stocked kitchen as well. Everything was perfect and I will definitely book again!
