On the lower floor, a full bathroom, TV, equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, air conditioning and a washer (washer-dryer). Balcony with couch and hammock. Just a 3-minute walk from Praia do Centro and 1 minute from restaurants, pharmacies, market and Vila Grega. Pipa Centro, a company active since 2014, with 30 properties in the center of Pipa. We don't offer breakfast or parking.

My flat is located in the center of Pipa, directly at Central beach (Praia do Centro) and 50 meters away from the main street. From the balcony you have a beautiful sea view. The flat has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, airconditioning, a bathroom with hot shower and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, a toaster, electric kettle, plates, cups and cutlery. The flat is on the 2nd floor, on the 3rd floor is the swimming pool with bar and a great view on Central beach.
