In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Le Chat Rouge, charming house.

25 years ago I got acquainted with this unique place, with more than 3 centuries of history, an old farmhouse, love at first sight... Some places have a magic, you feel good there, you sleep well and sorry for the t**s and other doves. Convenient, the train station for Paris is less than 2 km away and the Normandy coast is an hour away, enjoy a pretty house, completely renovated and with all the equipment (I hope) and comfort in the heart of an exceptional garden. Welcome home.
