Seaside Apartment

MaryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Jenny is a wonderful host, her flat was full of thoughtful details designed to make us feel welcome and at home, from enough food (and even Guinness!) in the fridge on arrival for us to act as our evening meal, to fruit on the table, yoghurts, milk, bread and bagels and even carafes of water and a glass by each bedside. The flat is tastefully furnished, comfortable and just 8 minutes walk from a gorgeous beach - and Jenny even arranged perfect weather. It is in a very quite location - if we had wanted we could probably have walked into Rush but it's quite a busy road and we drove. I think we were a little disappointed in the location when we arrived as it felt very suburban but we rapildy realised it was both convenient and peaceful, a great base for touring th3e local area and beyond. Thoroughly recommend it!

Our family group of 12 LOVED these two apartments! Everything was super clean and smelled nice. The location was absolutely unbelievable- walkable to so many restaurants and the beach. Best of all, every window, every direction had the most amazing views. The host was so helpful and responsive. Wish we could've stayed more than one night. Recommend x1000!

Charming studio apartment with garden view

SusieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I can't say enough about how wonderful Jane was! First time in Ireland and I couldn't figure out how to make phone calls to order in food. Jet lagged (after being up over 24 hrs) and hungry, couldn't possibly go out to eat. Jane took care of us by picking up a few items at the grocery for us!!! Way beyond our expectations! She also helped steer us for other issues that came up. The apartment was PERFECT! Cozy, with everything we could need in the kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom and shower!Absolutely stunning gardens, with lovely outdoor seating for chilling. It's a nice walk to town, where they have all the things you need including the train. (and a great pub) Beaches close by, only 2 Euros by bus.... Jane's place was perfect for us to recharge after long flight and start our adventure i

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! It has everything you need. There is a bright spacious kitchen and sitting room, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The large well kept enclosed garden , was a safe space for our dogs. Located a few steps up the road, we enjoyed a great pub and a charming bakery / coffee shop, called Charlotte's Place, delish baked goods. 🙌🏻 and a little further there is a shop too. The host left us a cute welcome message and treat and some thoughtful essentials, making us feel right at home. Thank you. The house is located less than 10 minutes drive to Carlingford town. Both the host and co-host were incredibly friendly and maintained great communication. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very cozy and convenient location to stay at if you are planning to visit Dublin. Just a bus away, one hour bus ride with traffic. The host was wonderful. A bit confusing at the beginning, however, host was wonderful in reaching out and making contact. She explained everything needed. The place was a good value for the location. The rooms had plenty of space, clean, good internet, and excellent showers. We did run-out of hot water twice, but we were expecting same. No big deal. Plenty of bars and lounges near by. An excellent Pizza place nearby with a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, the dedicated parking was very welcome. It was safe and convenient, especially given the location, where parking is limited. Host was wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here.
