Excellent weekend in this house renovated by Michelle and her husband. Everything is modern and of quality, everything is done for the comfort of the guests. Our children really enjoyed the garden and we enjoyed the BBQ provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our trip to France for the Le Mans 24hr race. There were four of us, and the place was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The house was spacious enough for our group, with plenty of room to relax after long days at the circuit. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals, and the whole place was spotless when we arrived. Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to Le Mans for easy access to the track, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet in the evenings. Our host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and provided great tips for getting around during the busy race weekend. Check-in was smooth, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending the race or exploring the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Very nice house in a pleasant and relaxing setting. A very good welcome from the hosts with welcome gifts. everything is provided, even the baby bed. The house and the exteriors are impeccable It was perfect for our family weekend. We were able to play petanque, pucks, molky but also enjoyed relaxing in the cozy veranda. We were able to take some beautiful photos in the garden.

i had a nice stay with Jean Pierre who is very friendly and welcoming, I came to rest and it is the ideal place, the place is superb with biquettes, kittens , small birds...and the forest next door, a healing... i highly recommend it

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

I stayed with 2 people for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

this is the 5th time we have returned to this studio, always with the same pleasure, this is proof of our complete satisfaction.

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being hosted by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with all the necessities for a pleasant time. When outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

Very nice quiet house in a beautiful environment. The outdoor space is very nice (beautiful terrace, pool), the interior is spacious and very functional, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is good quality. I recommend for a stay for families or friends.
