Relaxing Holiday Cottage

KathleenRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Very pleasant stay at this lovely house on the lake. It had plenty of space for the five kids in our group to play, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed meals and games at the kitchen table. The house feels homey and well loved, like you’re going to a family membe/ country cottage - not generic in its decor or feel. And as others have said, the view is gorgeous.

Unique Old Stone Cottage

JuliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What an amazing experience. We stayed at Michael’s cottage for one night during our honeymoon, and it was definitely one of our favorite nights. The views are spectacular and include sheep! There is a wonderful beach nearby as well. It was so relaxing and cozy. The accommodations were perfect. Michael is a a great host. He is so friendly, and we feel like we made a friend during our stay. He also gave wonderful driving directions when we left.

Ramshackle Glamping & Health Spa

MelRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Ramshackle far exceeded our expectations. The pictures truly don't do it justice! Jim and Netty were so welcoming and all the added touches made our stay so special, especially for our dog Bella. The welcome hamper with food and treats for all of us, Bella included, was lovely. There were extra blankets and towels for Bella, treats, a water bowl and secure fencing. They've really thought of everything to make it an enjoyable stay for both humans and dogs. The sauna and hot tub were ready for us on arrival, and the views are spectacular. We saw a gorgeous sunset on the first night and were able to stargaze on night two. Jim was super attentive, anything we needed he was happy to help and provided lots of local recommendations and activities we could all enjoy. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely be back. Ramshackle is a magical place and we'd happily recommend it to anyone.

Green Acres

DierdreRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We wanted to avoid the drive from towns such as Kilmore and Killarney, and Siobhan’s holiday apartment is a perfect base to explore the highlights of the Ring of Kerry. The apartment is over a garage, accessed by a sturdy set of metal steps at the rear of the building, in a lovely green landscape. Inside it’s thoughtfully set up with all we needed for a few days, and was so clean and comfortable.

The home is spacious, clean, bright, with a beautiful view of the pasture and the sea beyond. Dinah is a kind and responsive host. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider this place if another opportunity comes up again.

Peaceful Rural Cottage by the Sea in Derrynane

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chris & Phil's rural retreat. The property is vey well proportioned and has everyhting you need for a stay. The views down to Derrynane Bay and across to Beara penninsula are equal parts stunning and hypnotic. The various animals on site were a big attraction for our city living kids as were the activities organised at nearby Derrynane House. Chris & Phil are exceptional hosts who leave you to enjoy your stay but super responsive should you need anything.
