I highly recommend the house. It has a great location to stores and to the downtown and Market Square area. Very clean. Loved the outdoor area.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

House was beautiful the pool area was excellent perfect for our kids and us! Would definitely recommend floor plan of the house is perfect the amenities are top tier! The host and co-host were very quick to respond thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

Alissa was a fantastic host! Was 30-45 min flexible on our check-in time, because I arrived a bit early. So gracious. Responded immediately when I booked the house. House was great, clean, private, and very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It was beautiful and well taken care of. They had a book of things you could do in the area along with many different things you could do at the house itself. We saw a few cubs and a few deer while staying here! Overall our experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay here or with the host again. It is well worth the money.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a big family. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Susanne was very nice and prompt with responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for Graduation week!! Nice quiet location and easy drive to University, restaurants and hikes. House was as pictured, very clean and lots of amenities included for our stay!! Loved walking around the neighborhood and using the awesome Blackstone grill in back yard. Being able to have family dinners and family time on the back porch was very special. Also used the games provided for some good laughs!! Zach was very quick with communication. All questions and instructions were clear and easy check out.

Sonia's house met our need for a nice quiet stay near family we were visiting. The neighborhood was beautiful and I enjoyed walking it every day we stayed. The site had all that we needed-2 bedrooms, a well supplied kitchen for cooking and baking, nice bathrooms, a beautiful porch, spacious living area for hanging out, private parking.

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the hosts went above and beyond to make it special — even surprising us with birthday balloons. The setting was stunning, with a gorgeous view of the lake, visits from friendly groundhogs, and the ability to bring our dogs, who had the best time. We loved kayaking on the peaceful water, relaxing on the spacious back deck, and cozying up by the fire pit in the evenings. The interior was newly updated with classy, tasteful decor and had every amenity we could have possibly needed — and more. When we asked about binoculars to better enjoy the view, the hosts thoughtfully provided a pair for us. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything so easy and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate or a more thoughtful host. We can’t wait to come back!

Granny's Place was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing and the house itself felt right at home. Everything I needed was available to me and was the perfect place for me to relax after a hard days' work. It genuinely felt like I was back at my grandparents place. You'll wake up to the melody of their beautiful rooster and there's no shortage of entertainment with those chickens running around! Stunning property and quite peaceful in the night. Deb was the highlight of my stay. She was so caring and constantly checked in when we had any severe weather coming our way. She always offered up a space in her own home for me to stay in if I needed. She is such a sweetheart❤️ She will also leave you a dozen fresh eggs! It was definitely the boost I needed to get through the mornings! Overall, I highly recommend staying here for any of your traveling needs. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in town!

We used the airbnb for out-of-town guests visiting Lenoir City for a wedding. The space was convenient and lovely, and Julia was very responsive to our questions and requests. We will use this airbnb again for out-of-town visitors to the Lenoir City/Knoxville area.

Visited Tennessee for the first time to visit family and we felt at home staying in Jays house. He was very helpful and answered questions quickly. House was clean and very pretty. Will definitely be booking with him again. Thank you!

Stayed here for 4 years now around Memorial Day and it suits our needs well, is always clean when we arrive and most items needed are provided. Wi-Fi in the past was great but this year was having issues (on/off).

The Boyd Harvey Carriage House was absolutely lovely! We cannot wait to stay again while our daughter is a student at the University of Tennessee. It was the perfect landing spot for a busy football weekend in the fall. The owners have designed and decorated this space with so much care. We had everything we needed; it was hard to leave!

Great house! I was in the area for work, and it made me feel right at home. Had everything you could need or want. Great WiFi, huge kitchen. Comfy bed! Our dogs love the yard, and it’s nice to be able to walk them in the neighborhood. Nice neighbors too. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! I stayed long-term (about a month) for an internship in the area and the house helped and all its amenities made that an easy transition. Location was great for getting around Sweetwater and the surrounding areas. DeWayne was also a great host, very helpful and proactive with tips, instructions, etc. Only complaint is that the house is on a relatively busy road and you can hear some traffic from inside but I got used to it quickly!
