Fabulous. Spotlessly clean. Exceptionally large space. Well equipped. Zharina was delightful to deal with. Centrally located just north of Roseau. Easy access to routes in all directions. Would be perfect for two couples or a small family.

Elsa is a great host and her assistant is very nice and helpful. The apartment is well located in the heart of the city and in a secured building within walkable distance to the Stadium, shops, banks, restaurants... The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Whether it's a short or long stay, you will definitely feel at home by Elsa!

Recommend for a short stay. Small kitchen & 2 bedrooms. Clean. As the appartment is on the upper floor (no elevator!), it can get quite hot. Only in the larger bedroom there’s a decent AC. Fast wifi. A convenient 5min walk from the ferry terminal to the appartment. Key box at street level. Central location in Roseau.

There's not much missing for this accommodation to be perfect, such as pots, salad bowls, a shelf in the bathroom to put things on.

Deb was a wonderful host ~ her daughter met us at check in ~ Deb was easily available by phone ~ we found the Airbnb a day prior as the bright blue and white was easily identifiable but might be confusing in the dark~ views are incredible and just like in photos ~ house is hot in the afternoon so we just planned to be out then ~ some mosquitoes in the area and not a lot of screens so bring bug spray if u need it ~ eat at Time/on Time or Teachers in Soufriere

Eden was great host. The place was well furnished, good looking and clean. The outside of the house is pretty. The location is central with some restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay in this house again and would like to spend more time in the Portsmouth area. The street that it is on is not fancy but is typical. We enjoyed saying "hi" to the folks in the area and saw the kids play outside the public school a couple of houses away.

This rustic riverside cottage was the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. Tucked away in nature but only 10 minutes from the airport, it made our departure incredibly stress-free—without sacrificing the peaceful, off-the-grid vibe we were craving. The cottage is simple and rustic in the best way—clean, cozy, and full of character. The real highlight is the river just steps away, it felt like having a private natural pool right outside our door.

Joseph and Khadisha, were at the cottage to welcome us with a rum punch when we arrived. They were delightful responsive hosts.. The cottage is as described and more than lives up to the photos. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. There were many little touches that we appreciated such as a fridge stocked with several days worth of breakfast foods, soft fluffy towels and bathrobes, a comfortable bed,flowers and custom toiletries. Don’t hesitate to check this out if you’re looking for tranquility surrounded by the beautiful nature of this fabulous island.

We really enjoyed Cornell's home. It felt like our own slice of paradise. The view is amazing. The house was a bit hard to find, but we managed, would not want to try and find it in the dark. The area has some nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at Cornell's.

There aren’t enough words to describe how special this experience was. Even with my delayed arrival, Trudy and Rudolf greeted me at the gate with open arms and made me feel instantly at home. Trudy stayed in touch throughout my visit, always making sure I had everything I needed. Her care and thoughtfulness made all the difference. The gardeners were kind, and every encounter on the property felt warm and genuine. Trudy, Rudolf, and Lieuwkje were the most wonderful hosts—they even took me on a series of beautiful garden tours. The home was even more stunning in person. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee while watching hummingbirds flutter by. I saw countless rainbows from the balcony, and even the rain added to the magic—each day felt more peaceful than the last. It was hard to say goodbye, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Trudy, Lieuwkje, and Rudolf, for making my stay unforgettable. I miss you already and can’t wait to come back.

The GPS point indicated by the app is the wrong one but Anita picked us up directly. It is better to have the indications because in reality the accommodation is very simple to find and relatively close to the center of Porthmouth in a very quiet area. We were very pleased with the service offered! We recommend you to come here during your stay in Porthmouth

This magnificent house filled us, we were 11 friends and we were far from crowded! The view, the space, the quality of the accommodation, the pool, you can go there without so much as a second thought! Adam is a very responsive host, and we wanted to especially thank Mike who is the person who takes care of the hosting of the house, who is a lovely and very helpful person, he was very receptive to our questions and requests, so a big thank you!

Where do I start with how happy I was with the stay. Let me first stay, this is my second time at Griffin Villa. That is how much I love it. The first time was 2 weeks. This time is 3 months. Sabrina was an absolutely amazing host, so helpful and responsive. The space is extremely roomy. It had everything I needed. The views are AMAZING....! If it's mango season, you can pick one from the tree beside the house. The short walk to the secluded beach was a bonus. You can catch a local bus for $4.50 EC to Roseau. There are 2 excellent restaurants in the village. The icing on the cake is Mrs. Adams. She is the person you interact with in Dominica. She will make sure your every need is met. Her enthusiasm and personality is unlike any I've encounter when staying in an AirBNB. She truly cares about making your stay memorable. I hesitated to write this review because I want to make sure it's available for me. But I know that would be very selfish. :-)

Sana is very hospitable, and is especially helpful in making sure you get to and from the airport in a timely fashion. She may also be able to help you move around to other destination. She works very hard. In Dominica in general, there aren't alot of services like coffee shops, etc. so I would try to bring a few things like tea bags/coffee, etc. along with you if possible.

We rented Castle 2, and 4! Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the space and amenities of each unit, the availability and guidance from Rob (the host), and the proximity to Roseau and other must sees! Highly recommend these units!

We had such an amazing stay at Webster’s magical place. The beach is right outside and we slept like babies listening to the waves. Webster and his partner were so friendly and he went above and beyond in helping us find our way around. We would love to come back another time! His restaurant is also an incredible spot ☺️

Very pleasant stay in a well located apartment, close enough to the center of Portsmouth, ideal for getting around by bus in the north of the island. Naome is friendly and friendly, and her instructions to arrive were very clear.

Very nice accommodation with sea view and very well located. It is functional and clean. We had a crush on this place. Small downside on the restaurant which is on the ground floor which can have very festive evenings.

This is in a really cool neighbourhood - a very narrow street, with kids and cats and dogs and roosters, chickens and goats and even a donkey at one point. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. There is a well-stocked convenience store a few streets over, and it is fairly close to restaurants, though probably not in close walking distance. Having a washer was great after days of hiking. Lots of amenities, incredibly quick response to questions, very comfortable beds, and an absolutely lovely view from the balcony. My travelling companion initially wanted a resort type of accommodation. Don't do it! This is the real thing. Recommended.
