Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lot

We were a group of 6 and had a fantastic time in Rachel's house in Thédirac. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare meals, there were lots of lovely outdoor places to sit and eat, the garden was beautiful and well maintained (and a great source of herbs for cooking), and it was a real treat to walk to the bakery each morning for fresh bread and croissants. It was about 30-60 mins drive from the main attractions, which was fine for half-day or day trips. Couldn't have asked for more.

Lovely little gite in the most stunning area at the foot of the castle and overlooking a walnut orchard. Close to many towns and areas of outstanding beauty and interest such as La Roque-Gageac and the ancient fort, Gran Roc with its incredible caves and Salat. Very peaceful place to stay with a delightful bistro 5 minutes walk and walking distance to the river and beach/canoe hire

We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, plenty of comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning to late evening. The area is very peaceful and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. The communication with Joffrey and Elsa is excellent, friendly, and you get quick response to questions.

Very charming, spacious and well-equipped cottage. The pretty city of Martel is only 2 km away, with restaurants. Many nearby sites: Collonge la Rouge, Rocamadour and pretty villages. Brigitte was a very welcoming host and had great tips for places to visit. An address to keep absolutely!

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

Very pleasant and impeccable accommodation Beautiful typical house and refurbished interior. The photos speak for themselves. Everything is great, functional and pleasant. Some mention the noise of the highway, of course it exists, but it's really not bothersome even in the evening when all the noises are more noticeable. When inside, absolute silence. A real pleasure. Thanks to our hosts for their responsiveness. A real moment in the Quercy.

Very pleasant place, pleasant and available host for guests. The only downside we had is perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think about it but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet; ideal for resting, even for a single night. The welcome by the owners was very friendly and having a cold beer in the refrigerator when we arrived was a nice little extra.

We had a wonderful time in the idyllic apartment of Christiane and Bernard. Everything was as described, the generous space and the unique views even exceeded our expectations. The hosts are particularly friendly and helpful and responded to our questions within a very short time. The place is the perfect base for exploring the surroundings, which are rich in attractions and sights. We only regret that we do not speak French, we would have liked to talk longer with the charming hosts😉.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

We had a pleasant stay. Sébastien and his wife are very friendly and available. Very clean apartment, good bedding and very nice pool for a relaxing time. Very quiet place, we will return without hesitation. Lots to do around, village, cave, hiking, canoeing and...

What a hidden gem! Lovely place to really unwind and relax. Christine and Olivier really made us feel welcome and were responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Perfect location easily accessible and great parking area for if you hire a car. We will definitely be returning in the near future can’t recommend enough.

We had a lovely stay, in a very well arranged apartment, very clean, quiet and at the same time close to the center we wanted to visit. A warm welcome.

Maggie has a well-equipped apartment, everything we needed was present up to and including an ironing board and iron. Apartment stays pleasantly cool at outside temperatures of around 30 degrees. On the terrace, there are comfortable armchairs with footstools and a dining table with 4 chairs. During the day, there is a lot of traffic on the road that runs past the terrace and garden. Fortunately, there is little traffic noise in the evening. We could park our car on the premises and with 10 minutes you walk to Sarlat, as well as to the Carfour market. Sarlat itself is beautiful but on a market day too crowded for our taste. In the evening, it is a pleasant town for a snack and a drink.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colors, organization of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city center is particularly pleasant to enjoy the city and walk around. The apartment has double glazing, sometimes necessary when there are musical events nearby, and ensures with the shutters a pleasant coolness in the apartment, in case of high temperatures. The terrace is a real plus for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of the stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.

We had a lovely stay at Corinne's accommodation: the pool, the edge of the woods and the view were very peaceful and relaxing. Corinne is very welcoming and warm We highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.

Pascale is particularly friendly and welcoming and the village is quite charming. We enjoyed the large shower and the outdoor space for dining outdoors. The road that passes in front of the cottage is not very busy, so quiet is guaranteed. We'd love to come back.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.
