Nyree and Jeff were the perfect hosts and their home in Proissans is just idyllic. We had 6 wonderful days there and wished we’d booked longer. The setting is so beautiful, the gite is lovely, cosy and well appointed, we loved the animals and the pool, and Nyree and Jeff were so kind and welcoming. There is lots to do in the surrounding areas and Nyree and Jeff made some great recommendations including canoeing along the dordogne and a visit to Chateau des Milandes. We would 100% recommend a stay and hope to return again next year.

Perfect accommodation for a total rest, very nice. It is in the middle of several iconic places to visit, which allows you to do a lot of things in a weekend! The breakfasts we ordered are excellent, thank you again! We'll be happy to go back!

i think I've never rented such a clean place and what a pleasure! The house matches the description and even better than the photos. The kitchen equipment is top notch. We felt right at home and it's not easy! Quiet house but shops are 5 minutes away by car. We found the hot tub nice to spend the new year. Thanks to Pauline for his availability and hospitality. Relaxing and refreshing family stay. Do it again in summer for this time to take advantage of the swimming pool.

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. We had a pleasant stay in Caroline and Bruno's charming house, in the heart of Cahors. What a pleasure to have coffee in the courtyard under the eyes of the neighborhood cats!

We stayed for a month enjoyed a very relaxing time. Marie Christine could not have been more helpful. The village is beautiful and busy during the day but very quiet at night with limited restaurants open. But it is open with all the restaurants at lunch time. The Bar in the centre of the village was very friendly and we would recommend the hotel in the village for food! The walks were sublime - if you love walking you will love it here. Marie Christine was super helpful and hospitable - even when we accidentally broke her fridge - a truly lovely lady. If you like quirky you will love it here.

A lovely private old cottage on beautiful grounds with a swimming pool. The cottage is fenced in, so the dog can run free in the garden. It has everything you need and is nice and cool on hot summer days. Patrick was so welcoming. We loved our stay here.

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

Simply a gem! The renovation of this character building was done with great taste. The level of excellence is very high in every respect. The view is amazing, the living room with stove is excellent, large friendly kitchen, you feel like you're in a real house that's lived in year-round. Perfect for families with kids. No hesitation. It's a privilege to share this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was our first acquaintance with the Aveyron; what a beautiful region. There is plenty to see and do, we will definitely come back.

The farmhouse is rustic and so wonderfully peaceful. We spent nearly a whole day on the patio in the shade of a beautiful tree and just enjoying the peace, beautiful weather, and ambiance. The location is outside of villages and you definitely need a car. There is a small town about a 10 min drive away that has a wonderful boulangerie (Gabriel’s) that we frequented. It is also near the Dordogne river and a 45-60 min drive from Beynac-et-Cazenac and the beautiful small towns (and canoeing on the Dordogne between Vitrac and Beynac).

stay planned for a reunion with friends, the place proposed by Marie-Blanche ticks all the boxes for what we are looking for: quiet, isolated but close to the city and a beautiful landscape with the Tarn at the bottom of the accommodation and accessible by a private passage. Marie-Blanche and Nabila were attentive and professional on the instructions to find the place and even accommodating. I will keep a very good memory of this stay

holiday experience was great from start to finish very helpful hosts and set in a very scenic area which was close to the major attractions in the area whether you wanted to explore grottos or chateaus / castles or scenic towns all were within easy reach. welcomed and shown around the property and shown and explained all we needed to know , the use of bikes - bike path right next to property close to villages of les Eyzies and le Bugue 2 person kayak right next to river Vezere - very relaxing paddle on the river not to be missed out. pool area was great and heated with lovely gardens and lots of areas to sit with your morning coffee badminton net and rackets supplied your own barbecue area and every utensil for barbecue or kitchen was supplied first experience with air bnb and the hosts went above and beyond what we expected very pleased many thanks for having us David & Caroline

Magalie's accommodation is beautiful and in a very peaceful environment. We were there for a sporty weekend so we didn't enjoy the accommodation as much as we would like. The house was up to our expectations and is ideal for an extended vacation. Magalie is very responsive in her responses. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great time. We had everything we needed for our baby without asking for anything, it's very nice. (Highchair, bathtub, towel, blanket) The cottage is very well located (10 minutes from Domme) is quiet, very well-equipped. I think this is the first time I've done an Airbnb with so much attention and so well thought out. All the little touches are really little extras for a pleasant stay. Sincerely, congratulations to you, you did something really nice. Outside is beautiful too. Everything is super well explained for everything, the elf is a nugget of info

Very interesting quirky old house with lots of lovely antique things in it. It is set in a wide open space with swings and slides and had loads of amazing toys which my 3 year old grandson loved. He didn’t want to leave and said he was going to miss the very friendly donkeys and all the toys. We had a lovely time but sadly the weather was very mixed so we only managed to use the pool once. On our last night we ate at Azul in Cancon and it was excellent. Thank you Françoise and Pascal for a lovely stay.
