It is a charming house with everything you need to rest and enjoy peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very close to Apaneca and we will definitely return on another occasion.

An absolute gem. This is what peace feels like. Waking up to the sound of birds and sleeping to the sound of ocean waves crashing onto shore is something I can only wish to experience every day. Stephen's home captured the pure essence of paradise. It was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much while I enjoyed the walks by the beach when the tides were low. Nestor was so helpful to us, and it was a pleasure meeting him. Pupusas from the restaurant nearby were delicious. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh bread from the vendor riding through the street. Only thing I can advise for future visitors are the mattresses. My mother-in-law complained about the mattresses being uncomfortable in the room with the bunk beds. She has a very bad back and wouldn't recommend those beds for someone with back issues. Oh and bring mosquito repellent! Thank you for opening your doors to us, Stephen!

I had an excellent experience with my family at Rocca Lakefront. The place is spectacular, everything was spotless and clean, very well maintained. Communication was excellent with both Eduardo and José, who is in charge of the place; always attentive, cordial and willing to help. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Rancho Las Margaritas. Very spacious areas, safe area and with easy access for any type of vehicle. Maybe improve the appearance of some areas of the house a little, because they look deteriorated; however, everything was clean and with everything you need to enjoy. Communication was very good at all times, and Amilcar was very helpful and attentive. Flexible check-in and check-out times are a good plus for this listing. Excellent price-quality ratio.

This is not the first time we've stayed in this beautiful place. It's worth getting away from the city and spending a weekend in this beautiful place. Impeccable garden and especially if you bring your pets with you. Highly recommended, they didn't regret it. Don Carlos is always attentive to the needs of guests, a great person.

The place is very nice, the view is beautiful and the weather is very cool. My family and I really enjoyed the stay and we were able to celebrate Mother's Day with great peace of mind. My dog was the one who enjoyed it the most too, as the green space is quite spacious for walking. Rodrigo made sure our stay was pleasant and was very helpful at all times.

The cabin was amazing, it completely surpassed what I expected. Everything was very well cared for, the dedication was noticeable in every detail. It was a really comfortable and cozy place, ideal for unplugging. I would definitely go back without a thought.

The home was beautiful, and definitely worth the stay. Only note I’d add to future guests is there is no AC only fans in each room. But this wasn’t an issue because of the time of year we went. Overall 10/10 loved it!!

Definitely a lovely place near any store. The cabin provides privacy and allows you to disconnect from everything. The weather is delightful and the cabin has everything you need to have a perfect stay.
