Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

Bis zum Zentrum von San Pedro und den Stränden von Lo Pagan sind es nur 20 Gehminuten. Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte sind nur 1,5 - 3km entfernt. Tagesausflüge in größere Städte (Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante) könnt ihr von hier aus mit dem Auto / Bus auch sehr gut machen.
