The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

What a dreamy location! Right next to the beach. Spacious and beautiful traditional Spanish bungalow. The development is stunning and the facilities were perfect for our family.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The apartment is well worth the 5 star rating. The view is amazing, great location for everything and Carlos was on hand for anything that come up. G Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Just back from a short break here. Check in was easy, Debbie’s contacted us as soon as our plane landed and was there to meet us when we arrived. She walked us around the property telling us everything we needed to know, showing us where everything was etc, and making sure we knew we could call her if we needed anything. The villa is amazing, the kitchen has everything you might need. The villa is exactly as shown on the photos, everything is crisp and fresh and new, we felt at home straight away. All three bedrooms have plenty of storage and natural light. Both bathrooms are modern and fresh. We were a group of 5 ladies and we had plenty of space and light getting ready - particularly enough plugs for hairdryers, straighteners etc. The outside space is lovely, plenty of space for sunbathing on each level, with retractable awnings if you do want shade. The pool is lovely - again very clean and well looked after. The location is perfect. About 10 mins from The Strip.

Very good apartment. It has everything you need for a good family holiday. The bedding charge and cleaning charge was disappointing. Beds with no covers, small towels and no extra towels when dirty. We stayed 9 days with no cleaning carried out. Despite this we thought the villa was really nice and had a great stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We have stayed for a week and found the house a lovely and quiet place to stay in Los Alcazares. It was very clean, all applieances worked as expected, very easy and great communication with a host. In overall, the house was a even better then we expected.
