A private entrance basement apartment in our home in Montclair, VA. Minutes from I-95. Apartment is newly constructed as of October 2018. Locking door for privacy. Shared access to home gymnasium and washer/dryer combo. Entry and exit is through the garage, so you'll have no daily interaction with the hosts unless so desired. The space includes a brand new kitchenette, newly renovated modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.

Two large bedrooms - master bedroom with luxurious kind bed, and a second bedroom with queen bed. All essentials covered, coffee machine, washer/dryer, full bath, and family room with large couch, eating area and LED TV. Surveillance camera outside of the entrance for guest's security.

A private suite & parking

A private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation, and the lock combination number is sent to you automatically. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently not used and remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor
