Registration number with the Metz Town Hall is 273. No anonymous or impersonal key box. 75 sq m apartment in the city center with a fenced, wooded garden of 400 sq m. Private, covered garage, but inaccessible to oversized vehicles. 3-minute walk to shops and lively squares. To respect the neighbors, after 10:00 PM, loud music and voices are prohibited. No pets in the bedrooms or on the sofa. Please vacuum up any pet hair. Thank you.
