It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport and town of Loreto. You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. Hello! We are Brenda and Eliseo, it will be a pleasure to be your hosts, we invite you to stay with us; our house is familiar, it has a key for access, you can arrive at any time you like. Inside the housing space there is parking for two cars, space for washing and green areas. Located at the main entrance of our magical town of Loreto. 2.5 km from the beach, 15 min from downtown, walking. Around the corner you have an Oxxo store, an autozone.
