The home features a private courtyard, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, two full bathrooms with sunken tub and walk-in shower, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and many other amenities. Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. (Note: The Marina boat slips are for Owners only.)

Hemingway Suite; House by the Sea

The Hemingway Suite in Casa de La Mar is a gorgeous, two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment. The space features a massive great room with its own bar, a fully stocked kitchen, and two balconies with views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Giganta mountains. The massive master suite has a California king bed, incredible en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom features two full-size beds bringing the units capacity to 6 guests.
