It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport and town of Loreto. You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. Steps from the Sea of Cortez, this two bedroom, two bath house is located in a charming and quaint community. The house faces one of the community pools and is a short walk to golf and the beach. The home features a private courtyard, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, two full bathrooms with sunken tub and walk-in shower, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and many other amenities. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. The massive master suite has a California king bed, incredible en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom features two full-size beds bringing the units capacity to 6 guests.
