"A stay at home" Our experience in this home was great. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Cartagena, which allowed us to move on foot and enjoy the city in total comfort. The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the owner was very attentive and kind from the first moment, always aware that we were at ease. We would definitely repeat!

We had a great time at Casa los chicos! The central location of the accommodation allows access by car to many activities and places (beaches, villages, large cities, etc.). Thomas was very welcoming and caring. He also gave us very good recommendations (tourist places, restaurants, beaches or activities, etc.). It was perfect. Thanks again!

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I've never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you're not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to any questions I had—before and during my stay. He was very accessible and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Throughout the entire process, he was polite, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel welcomed and at ease. I truly appreciated the clear communication and the extra effort he put in to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the accommodation, much more spacious than the photos, decoration and perfect condition. The terrace is spectacular. Despite being able to park on the street, the fact that you let us use the garage is also a plus. Good location and a very quiet area to disconnect and rest. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The host and family member who received us were very friendly and helpful, giving us many facilities at all times. It was a wonderful stay, and if we can, we will definitely repeat. Thank you for sharing this home and giving guests a great vacation great.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Unbeatable! Beachfront, very clean apartment with everything you need. Easy parking in the area, terrace with scandalous views. The deal with M. José before arriving was unbeatable and super flexible and Rosa was super kind to give us the keys and explain everything. We'll be back for sure.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia took care of us with a lot of understanding and attention.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

The place is exactly as in the photos, very nice with sea view, directly across from the beach and close to the center. The city itself is beautiful and Alberto is totally sweet and helpful. Everything great 👌👌

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

The apartment is nice, tidy and clean and has everything you need. From the balcony you can look directly at the sea. A well-maintained natural beach (open sea) is also right in front of the residential complex. A very nice beach on the Mar Menor is a 5-minute walk. There is also a small supermarket nearby, various Restaurants and other shopping facilities. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, things a little bit out of the way but there are scooters everywhere if you don’t want to walk. Welcomely are second to none hosts and were very responsive with any queries

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.
