While we are happy to share our space with others when we can’t be there, due to health reasons please do not choose our home if you must bring your animal. Thank you. Our condo sits along the East branch of the Pemigewasset River. Direct river access from our back porch. One minute drive to Loon Mountain and many area attractions.

Please be respectful to our neighbors. No parties or events. Absolutely no pets or smoking. Maximum of 5 guests.
