Willkommen in unserem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet ein Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer auf insgesamt 125 Quadratmetern. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, während das geräumige Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen verleitet. Der 300 Quadratmeter große umzäunte Garten ist perfekt für Gäste mit Hund und gesellige Abende auf der Terrasse. In toller Lage gelegen, bietet unser Ferienhaus die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu lokalen Attraktionen!!!

Es gibt eine Schlafcouch, sodass 2 Kinder willkommen sind. Der Garten unterstützt den Komfort durch einen beheizten Whirlpool, den Grillplatz mit einem Weber Grill und das 85qm Spiel-Spaß-Fitnesscenter mit Trainingsgeräten und Unterhaltungsangeboten. Dieses Kleinod ist perfekt für alle Hundeliebhaber, Wanderer, oder alle die es lieben Tagesausflüge zu machen. Ob die berühmten Maare zum schwimmen, das historische Trier, Luxembourg oder die Weinberge und pitoresken Städtchen an der Mosel: All dies kann von Eisenschmitt aus erkundet und genossen werden.

Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus (100qm²) bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und ist ideal für Familen, Wanderer und alle die Ruhe, Natur und Erholung suchen oder Golf spielen möchten. In unmittelbarer Nähe - 3 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt - liegt die Golfanlage Lietzenhof. Auf der 18 - Loch - Anlage in weitläufigem Gelände können sie abschalten und die einzigartige Naturlandschaft genießen.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Wir bieten ein liebevoll renoviert- und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit ca. 110qm auf 3 Etagen in Trier. Die Bäder, zwei Bodentiefe Duschen, sowie das EG sind mit Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet. Eine Vollwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Elektrogeräten, Kaffemaschine etc. ist vorhanden. Es gibt eine gute Bus und Bahnanbindung, 5 Minuten Fussweg zur Mosel, 10 Minuten Autofahrt zur Stadt. Tolle Rad und Wanderwege. Ihr seid ganz für euch zum entspannen und erholen.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
