Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

You will have use of 3 kayaks, outside fire pit, and there is nothing better than spending time in the outside screened in porch and deck overlooking the lake. Only 20 minutes to ferry for the Vineyard and Nantucket and within an hour away to Cape Cod, Boston, and Providence.

Welcome to The Shore House. Our little peace and quiet getaway. This cozy little two bedroom one bath house has a nice calming water view. Sit on the the front deck and have your morning coffee. Go for a stroll on the quiet little private roads of this vacation location. The Shore House has a nice water view of Long Pond, which is on of Massachusetts largest fresh water ponds and it’s largest recreational pond. There are three beaches on the pond to enjoy within 200 yards of the house.
