This was a very cozy bungalow, I felt right at home. Love that the dogs had a great neighborhood to walk in and neighbors were super friendly. I love having the option to kayak, beach toys for the kids, fire pit and chairs out back. Also, loved the roses and morning glories.

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

A welcoming deck features a mix of colorful chairs and a shaded area with an umbrella. Two wicker chairs are positioned for relaxation, while the front of the beach house is adorned with bright blue accents and coastal decor.

I love Virene's adorable bungalow. It is a short walk to the beach, close to so many activities, and restaurants. It feels like coming home when I open the door. The deck is a great place to listen to the waves crash in the evening, yes you can hear the water from the deck. Her flowers are lively, and like water! I can't imagine going anywhere else down the shore. See you next year!

Belmar 1/2 block to beach 1 bed

This cute little bungalow is the perfect location, so close to the beach and walking distance to the Main Street of restaurants. Very clean and basic set up. The front porch was great for breakfast and catching the night breeze (and you could hear the ocean) and back yard had a fun set up. Ted was a great host, communication was quick and easy all weekend. He even hooked us up with two bikes for the day.
