Great location close to the lake. Host was very responsive and addressed all our queries in a timely manner. Recommended this place if you want to explore the old quarter and walk around the lake.

This AirBnB is in an amazing location. It is better than described and perfect for a stay in Hanoi. The laundry machine worked great. The AC provided an excellent break from the heat! Highly reccomend.

Many places are within walking distance from the accommodation! A really good location to stay at the old quarters! The rooms are clean and aircon and hot water are always working. The host also provided a list of recommended food place to go! Couldn’t ask for a better place! Cảm ơn rất nhiều

It is easy for me to substantiate my saying that I truly enJoyed my time at Tracy's place because I have already chosen another one of her homestays through Airbnb. It is in the same building where I have been for almost a week. I would have liked to have extended my time at the same place but it was already committed to another guest. Fortunately, Tracy had another apartment very similar to the first one so I was easily able to go through the simple logistical transfer of gear from one place to another. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, but our correspondence was cordial and thorough through the Airbnb app. I did meet both of her parents upon arrival and I appreciated their thoroughness in showing me what I needed to know about the place. The listing's indicated amenities were present and worked just fine. All my needs and interests were met without complications and I consider myself lucky to still be here Without hesitation I offer Tracy's place my highest recommendation.

such a great service from the host! we’ve got airport transportation from our stay, we’re glad since the transport is a little bit expensive. also, the host is very friendly and helpful, he helped us printed the boarding pass at night 🥹🥹 the host is very responsive! nice stay, the room is clean and they did the cleaning every 9am in the morning. the amenities are all there based on the lists. the location is strategic since it’s near to the food and places we want to go. a recommended stay in Hanoi! 😍🤩

I recently had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Hanoi that exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, situated not too far from the touristy area but adjacent to all establishments I need, e.g. café, convenience stores, pharmacy. This area allowed me to easily explore local attractions, shops, and delightful street food stalls right outside my door. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The kitchen was a great feature, allowing me to enjoy coffee in the mornings and some of the Filipino snacks I brought with me. However, the best feature of this accommodation, I think, is the laundry facilities, there is detergent available (I brought some but ultimately used theirs too). The place is very affordable and the services is just perfect. Overall, my time in this Airbnb was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi for its comfort, hospitality, and prime location. I can’t wait to visit again.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

Dieu was always quick to tell me about recommended shops and how to shop, and my first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that everyone is writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

Beautiful place :) just make sure the taxi organized on the way back from the airport is actually the price communicated in the booking. Didn’t realize that everything in Vietnam was communicated without an addition “000.” For example, we thought our taxi from the airport was 135d each but it was actually 135.000 each. Other than that, great stay but definitely a culture shock to start our trip

We had a wonderful stay at Winter House — a charming French-style home nestled right in the heart of Tong Duy Tan, the bustling 24/7 food street filled with amazing local eats. And the famous Train Street? Just a 2-minute walk away! Truly an amazing location. We’ll definitely be back next time. Huge thanks to May!

Great stay at this AirBnB. The rooms were very clean. The AC worked great and was a nice retreat from the Hanoi heat. The washing machine and dryer worked very well and there was laundry detergent provided. Highly reccomend!

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived— no eerie or uncomfortable feelings. The place truly felt like home. Our toddler slept peacefully throughout the night, which says a lot about how cozy and safe it felt. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Thank you so much! Superb location! The house was very accommodating and had abundant amenities, like everything we could ask for. Also, Nga is always helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this place, truly remarkable.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

Hung is really a super host. He cared a lot about his guests and very respectful . He saved me when I left keys in the room and when I left for excursion. Thank you for your kind help, even it was holiday and Hung was outside the city , he was able to help me and I got the key in time. The room is clean and spacious, the decoration is nice and coffee in cafe downstairs is cheap and tasty.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.
