Gorgeous stay, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants their own private accom in Hanoi. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the place since I was mostly out exploring, however the place was set up to accommodate your own cooking if you wanted to. And the one night I stayed in with the balcony bath was highly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Vivian was super helpful and communicative, which made the stay a lot easier. As well as helping organise things like airport transfers. This added a lot of ease to my trip. Ultimately, would stay here again.

The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, especially when we had questions and concerns. The location is also accessible ane convenient, as the tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas are nearby. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Spent few days at Loc Homestay and really love this place . It felt like home!! This place was so cool when we first walked in when the outside temperature was 100 *F . Host was so friendly , answered all the questions and on top of that , she let us check in super early !! Will definitely recommend this place !!!

The host is very kind, and the room is kept clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is near to the big super market(Fivi Mart) and Tran Khanh Du bus terminal. The specialty store handling the shop of fresh marine products and a Japanese product is near.　And National museum of history, Opera House, and Old Town are near, too. You can send enjoyable days among local Vietnamese people. I spent very comfortably three months. I strongly recommend this apartment for you.

This is a very nice serviced apartments building. The apartment that I stayed in is very nice, tidy and clean. Situated right in the center (yet on a more or less quiet block) with lots of restaurants and stores around. Walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions. Internet is fast. The apartment is being cleaned every day (if you don't want that you have to write to the management – staff in the building don't really speak english, but if you write a message on Airbnb the response is almost immediate). Also laundry service is very quick and good. The management was ready to accommodate all of my needs and requests. All in all it was a pleasant stay (stayed there for a month) and a good value for the money. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful place with a perfect location. With Uber's being about 1 USD per trip, this location was perfect for the price. You get so much for how much it costs and it is just great.

Tuti’s flat is a great stay in Hanoi. French Quarter is a quieter and calmer area than the Old Quarter but still within a quick walk. The beds in his place are comfortable and it is kept clean. Perfect for a few nights visit to the city - would definitely come again.

Comfortable, stylish space. Thanh is a very responsive host. She helped me figure out the heating system and made the check-in and check-out process easy and efficient. The beds were so comfortable -- just right!

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

Located in the most popular place in Hà Nội. There are so many good restaurants, convenience stores, market, coffee shop and spa around the area. Outside of the room is a bit dirty, but the room is clean and cozy. Worth my money.

First of all, the house is a bit old compared to the picture but not smelly. The toilet doesn't smell like cockroaches or anything. The home also didn't have a single ant. Not sure how you host do the pipe system with deodorizing. Your host responded quickly. The check in process is also very easy, get keys from the security guard below and just go to the room. To get the elevator, you need a card and a card, each room can only get 1, the key to the room is 2. So to go upstairs, we or our family members have to ask security to press if going separately. The security guard is extremely friendly, so every time, it is very comfortable. Fully furnished house. Cool air conditioning. The bathroom has hot water, towels, shower gel and shampoo all the way. The place is just too high. Around the whole restaurant, coffee, eatery. All kinds of segments, to yes, casual. It's about 5 minutes to the small market. At the end of the street, there is Vincom, watching movies, shopping is also convenient.

The apartment was great, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Communication and instructions were easy and simple. Very well located. The only thing which was not the apartment’s fault, there’s right behind a night club which we could hear the subwofers very close until 2:30AM.

Great cozy place, very private and felt like home. Location was a bit more poor than expected as walking is not convenient in Hanoi, 15 minute walk to everything, apartment was cold during winter (10 degrees), and bathroom was not clean, found hair from a previous guest on the wall in the shower.

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!

Very good price, staff is really nice

This was a familiar location for me since my friend lived nearby. Lots of taxi nearby too. No store opens nearby after late night so get your supplies early. Real hard bed. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Clean and spacious.

Enthusiastic host. Nice. Clean house. What's in the house is also best for you who are addicted to kitchenware and utensils like us. Comfortable blankets and a sofa. The corner with objects in the house can live virtual anywhere😍. Walking down is the mall. Along both sides of the road, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious. I find it a great fit for business travelers or a large team. Compared to the types of apartments in Hanoi, I find it the best here. Super utility.

Vans place is an exellent and luksurious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay specially my kids with the rooftop pool in hot Hanoi. We would recomment Vans place anytime.

We stayed three nights with our family of four. Eco Park is a bit far from Hanoi city, but it's a quiet place and a lot of fun. There were also restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. Take the Eco Park shuttle bus to Hanoi City and Aeon Mall. You can also rent bicycles, so it's a good idea to try walking around the neighborhood. The room is spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We were uncomfortable with English communication, so Aya was very helpful. Also, Nam's mother, who showed me around the room, was also very nice. Thank you so much for your time!

Very nice place as advertised. Nice lake view, and a lot of hotel amenities like bars, pools, golf, ping pong and pool tables. About 20 minutes from old town.

the entrance is located in behind of building so it is difficult to find a little bit. but when you enter it, it is gorgeous place and very comfortable
