Beautiful generally well kept home with amazing views and yard. If you are a bird lover, you will truly enjoy the symphony of beautiful bird sounds. Being close to the reservoir is a great feature.

The place was exactly what I expected. I read the reviews and was aware that I was staying in someone’s home. It was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was staying at a friends house. The location was perfect for my needs. Found plenty of good food, drink, and available transit in the area. I felt welcomed in the neighborhood, safe at all times.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to beachwood cafe and market which was very convenient. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at Hani’s place! The home was beautifully designed, spotless, and perfect for our family of four. You really couldn’t ask for a better location — just a few blocks from charming Larchmont Village, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, and only about 10 minutes from Universal Studios, where we spent an amazing day with our boys. The neighborhood felt safe, central, and made getting around LA so easy. There were also tons of fantastic dining options nearby, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located home base in LA!

I had a great stay at Lucy's place. From the start Lucy was a responsive and helpful host. Her place is easy to find and a LOT more spacious than it looks on the photos. I also want to know, this is a stand alone unit (no shared walls), which is perfect for those of us who like quiet and privacy! I would definitely return again in the future, thank you Lucy,!

Quiet neighborhood and apartment consistent with the description

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Then look no further this is the property for you !!!*** This property is 100% a must stay while you are in the Santa Ana/Anaheim area. It was peaceful clean and perfect. Ms. Elaine’s hospitality was like I’m none other. The amenities or exactly what we need it. I travel for business often and the level of communication that we were provided with it was spectacular. The unit was very comfortable/cozy! **3 bedroom house** I also want to mention another beautiful property that’s five minute car drive from Anaheim California convention center/ directly Across the street from Disney. This is a beautiful three bedroom home that will be great for a family or traveling business partners. Traveling for business can be a headache to find the necessary accommodations for your partners, or clients. This property is spectacular. I will definitely be booking the next time when I’m in town. Ms. Elaine is officially my go to. When I am in the Anaheim /Santa Ana area, there is no other place I would rather stay. If you were not booking with Ms. Elaine you are missing out. Hurry up she books up quick.

Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Good place to stay. Calm, walkable neighborhood. A short drive for us to visit the Claremont Colleges and the area. A few things to be aware of, the neighbor has a rooster who was active as soon as the sun rises. Very convenient to Ontario Airport, which also means some aircraft noise. And as another reviewer noted, no dishwasher. The space is a nice one with a fairly spacious living room /dining room area, great to have two separate bedrooms and I found the bed comfortable. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at Robin’s property for 6 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect .. situated in a safe and clean neighborhood with a good view. The bed was super comfortable, and the property had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It’s also in close proximity to some of LA’s best attractions and restaurants, including The Grove , Beverly Hills, Hollywood sign and Hollywood Walk of Fame which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Robin was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Los Angeles. I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I traveled with my 6-year-old son, and we both loved it. The home is stunning—beautiful both inside and out. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, while also giving us full access to the house. He stayed mostly in his private area, which made it feel like we had the entire place to ourselves. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, complete with cozy robes, slippers, and every amenity you could think of—he truly thought of everything! Each morning, he even provided breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was sparkling clean and perfectly positioned for soaking up the sun. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable space for both me and my son. I can’t recommend this home enough. We’ll definitely be booking with him again the next time we’re in town!

Would really recommend this place. Was located 15 mins drive from airport, in a nice neighborhood, 20 mins easy walk to cafes etc. The hosts were lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to messages, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags with them. The room itself was clean, with coffee, snacks etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

I loved staying at Ollie's place more than I can express. It is a breath of fresh air, so beautiful, and so lovely. The breakfast was such a fantastic and delicious added touch and the pictures--as beautiful as they are--don't do it justice. The beach is also very sparsely occupied so you can really have a lot of room to yourself out there. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Dorris & her daughter are amazing people! Super welcoming and fun to talk too when you run into them. Always super nice and willing to help! The room itself is super awesome, the bed is extremely comfortable and the fan is awesome. I had to move it a lil closer to the bed but thats just cause i'm not used to temperatures above 60. The room was super clean and well maintained. The bathroom too, which was lovely and very cute. The shower pressure was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay with them and hope to be back eventually!! (Plus they have the cutest dog ever) Also the paris theme that was going on was super awesome, a unique lil quirk i thought was fun!

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!
