The location of the property was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore popular attractions, vibrant markets, and delicious local cuisine. Despite being centrally located, the space was peaceful, offering a perfect escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the warm weather. Great place in Thao Dien, pictures are exactly as described in listing. Host replied immediately on all queries even not related to the apartment, she was really helpful and friendly. We really felt at home and a bit difficult to leave even.. enjoy!

It's a great place for several people to stay. The view is great, and each room is spacious and pleasant. The host is friendly.

Lovely place and convenient location. Vincom Mall, subway and MM mega mart are all within walking distance.

Owner was very nice and still figured out a solution for when I could not stay because visa situation. Would definitely stay there when I go to Vietnam just off the niceness’ of the owner alone.

Thao is a great host, she always check in with us. The apartment is close to everything, very convenient, clean and tidy. I gave 4 stars for the value if you travel as a family for 4 person. But if for a couples then it is better to stay at the hotel.

Quynh Anh is an easygoing hostess. I need more fans you brought to me. You also gave me lots of delicious fresh fruits. You let me borrow a bike for transportation. Your room is well-stocked, clean and very spacious also cozy. The sun shines in the room very well on my mind. I will be back often.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The location is perfect—close to local markets, cafes, and within walking distance to major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and share useful local tips. I felt very welcomed and at home throughout my stay. good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!
