Cabin vacation rentals in Lone Pine

Our family of five enjoyed the cabin for 5 days. Easy access to the lake every day for activities and we went horseback riding. Cute neighborhood for walking around everyday and getting to town. Felt right in the middle of town so we pretty much ate and drank at every single establishment we could! House was cute and had a grill for cooking lunches, fire pit with wood for hanging around at night. Loved their dishes and fully stocked kitchen. Kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves as well! Hot tub was perfect for hanging out in everyday. Couldn’t want for more.

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting some national parks nearby. The hosts were friendly and greeted us when we arrived. They were kind enough to leave some water and snacks in the home and the property was quiet and secluded. There was also a lot of information on local spots and attractions. Lots of wildlife to see around the property! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

What an absolute perfect way for us to stay in shaver! The listing matched the pictures and description. The hosts responded so kindly and quick. It was an a quick and easy getaway for our family. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. The pool and spa were very well kept and in a short beautiful walk away. I’m glad we came across this listing. I recommend this A+ location and host!

This place is phenomenal. Stunning views, an amazingly stocked kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms, a hot tub & fireplace, games, an Apple TV, beautifully decorated, a dedicated garage, and all at a very reasonable price point. I highly recommend! My group and I had a fantastic stay.

Had a fantastic time with a group of 8. The house is beautiful and spacious. Huge living room windows with views of mountains and trees, a deck that makes you feel like you’re above trees with a fire pit for s’mores and cold nights, a huge comfy couch for movie nights. They had every amenity we needed, including a coffee bean grinder and everything we needed for cooking. We were close to hikes like Trail of 100 Giants, Packsaddle Cave, Quaking Aspen Loop. Denis was super responsive throughout our stay. We already want to go back!

Absolutely stunning. From the pictures and description, I thought there was no way it could be that good, but it actually blew away my expectations. Beautiful location, views, and scenery. I will be coming here every single year moving forward. It had everything I was looking for and more. If you want to escape the city and connect with nature, you will have a hard time finding a better place than this. Also, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole trip. Ellie and her home were incredible! Such a great location with hiking and town close by. She was super helpful and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

We first stayed at this cabin in January 2019 and I’ve been wanting to revisit ever since. I cannot believe somehow 6 years passed! Our second visit over this weekend was even better than the first and the cabin was just as charming and cozy as I remember it. The beds are really comfy, and the lack of solid cell service makes it a perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the huge DVD, VHS, and record collection, Thanks so much, Niel! Can’t wait to visit again.

Are family was very happy there , very peaceful, comfortable, beautiful cabin , great for kiddos and adults, recommend it for sure .. Host was great 👍.. we’ll be staying there again for sure.. One of our favorite places near Shaver Lake , stores, food etc..

Stayed at this wonderful cabin with family which was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of LA. Very close to Sequoia and Lake Isabella with beautiful surroundings that match the overall vibe of the cabin itself. Felt like I was really out in the mountains! The farm next door with the horses was cute as well. We had a great stay for a great price. Would come back again!

What a gem of a place! The home was very inviting and in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful surrounding nature. The town is in walkable distance. The house was spotless and very accommodating. We will keep this place in mind next time we are in the area! Cari was very helpful and welcoming.

Our stay at the Red Cabin was wonderful! The cabin was exactly as described — well furnished, cleanly, and perfectly tucked away, yet close enough to all our favorite spots. We appreciated how accommodating and communicative the host was. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We had a nice 2-night stay. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked well. Kitchen well stocked. We bought all groceries we would need in Bakersfield. There is a small grocery/restaurant very close, but we didn't go in. It's a nice 45 minute drive to the closest site in Sequoia: Trail of 100 Giants. The only issue (and it is general to the area and not specific to this cabin) is that there is no cell service in the area. Coming from the west, we lost it about Ducor, and didn't regain it until we returned to that point. Just be aware in case you need to communicate with anyone by means other than through WiFi at the cabin (which worked fine). The specific issue I had was that text-based or cell-call two-factor authentication is not possible.

Perfect spot for a weekend get away!

In a very quiet subdivision of mountain chalets a short walk from a lovely pond. Very practical having the two bedrooms on separate floors, providing separation even though the total square footage is small.

Nice, roomy, updated cabin, well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable furnishings, large deck space. Everything we needed, thank you!

Katherine's place made for a great hub for us to explore Sequoia and Kings Canyon while we stayed there. She was a great host and very responsive. We're already talking about another trip back for next year!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so peaceful and welcoming. I spent every morning on the deck drinking my coffee and enjoying the sound of the river. My daughter would run outside to the tree swing first thing every day. The cabin was even better than what it looked like in the photos. The perfect getaway that we all needed. Don’t forget the bug spray though…you’ll want to be able to enjoy the outdoors

As always, our stay at our favourite Little Bear Lodge in our favorite Sequoia National park was amazing, energizing and inspiring! We had an amazing weekend at the cabin! Josh was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was wonderful for my family (husband, myself, dog and our 16 month old daughter). The recommendations from Josh and previous guests were great! Tons of trails and fun places to explore!
