The home is very well-equipped, with several items of great functionality, in addition to being renovated, well clean and with a very pleasant indoor environment. Hosts have excellent communication and were very kind! It is only to be considered that there is an alarm at the gates, and the location of the apt ends up bringing slight discomfort at night times if there is access. Parking is in a partner establishment on the next block. In general, I recommend the accommodation

The accommodation is excellent, even exceeding what we needed! Dagoberto is an amazing host, very kind, polite and helpful. From the beginning, he guided us well and passed everything with such care (even a step-by-step guide on how to get to the parking space!) that we didn't need to bother him once, haha. We loved the apartment, everything was impeccable! And the decoration... a compliment in itself!

Great apartment, clean, well organized, with everything that was advertised. My stay was great. It was a cold climate and the host left clean blankets and duvets available. The condominium has a great location and a lot of infrastructure, including a grocery store that helps a lot.

Excellent location and Patricia is a great host. The place is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but nothing that discredits the accommodation. It was clean and organized. You could do everything on foot, although we were in the car and used the parking space in the garage.

The apartment matches the photos in the listing, it was delivered well organized, clean and fragrant. Check in and check out were quiet. Pedro was always very attentive and helpful, responding quickly to messages sent. The parking space is near the entrance to the block. In the condominium, there is a grocery store to buy basic items, if necessary. Easy to access location.

The apartment was very nice, enough space for two couples. Clean and smelling place. The host was super polite even when I missed the car spot. The only suggestion I would make is to include in the listing or to send a message about the number of blankets in the apartment.

Cesar's apartment was a find. Beautiful, comfortable, equipped, safe and clean. We were even heartbroken to leave a wonderful place that was part of such special and important days for us. Communication with Cesar was great, flexible and attentive, he understood our needs with schedules and was extremely attentive even though he was in a time zone so far from ours. Every corner of the apartment seems to have been designed for a good experience, with the care of Cesar and his aunt, we fell in love with Londrina and became great admirers of this particular home.
