We had the most incredible stay! The property is stunning. Amenities in the unit are well beyond expectations and the hosts are gracious and thoughtful. They left a generous welcome basket with note and had everything we needed in the gorgeously appointed room. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was beautiful. Everything felt brand new and we wished we could have stayed for much longer. We'll definitely be back!

I am so grateful for Amy’s place. It was our first time in los Alamos and I will be calling amy every time I want to stay again. She is a great host and the condo was spotless and comfy. The location cannot be beat and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Paul’s place was great for us on our 10 day road trip. The place is clean and quiet. We loved the area. We will look Paul up next time we are in the area.

We had the most excellent few days here — it was the perfect spot for my wife, our two young kids, and me to enjoy everything Los Alamos has to offer. The location truly couldn’t be better — right in the heart of town, walking distance to all the best spots. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend it highly enough — we’ll definitely be back!

This was an amazing stay for a little staycation for my sister and I. It was PERFECTLY located, by a lot of good local spots, felt safe, so close to the beach and super walkable. Couldn’t have had a better place to call home for the wknd! We had a little trouble with finding the parking and the hosts were very responsive in helping us get what we need. 15/10 stay!

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect—super close to UCSB and the Amtrak station, which made it really convenient for our quick weekend trip. We were in town for our daughter’s senior cello recital, and this place worked out so well. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which suited our needs perfectly. It was free of clutter and comfortable, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Still, it was a cozy and functional space. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper, which was great. Just a heads-up: the lotion and toothpaste were empty, so it’s a good idea to bring your own for convenience and hygiene. The kitchen is fully equipped, although we only used the microwave and fridge during our stay. We appreciated that they provided drinking water, and parking space—such a nice touch. Be careful not to get a parking ticket on the street. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy studio with a kitchenette in a neighborhood close to freeway, UCSB and strip mall with grocery store, Starbucks, etc. The Gerrits asked what we needed for our coffee ahead of time and provided the decaf Keurig cups and oatmilk that we preferred. They also provided free bottled water and snacks too which was much appreciated! We stayed during a very warm weekend so we slept with the window open and fan on. Not sure if there is A/C in the unit though so check with the host if that’s a must have.

An absolutely great place to stay! It was as advertised with great decor and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located near everything the area has to offer, especially the beach! Bikes are a fun bonus! The host, Kyle, was attentive and responsive. We can't wait to return!

Loved how close to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, & things to do. Parking was nice if you only have one car and the designated lot is safe & close. It was perfect for us 3 gals and felt like a classy spacious hotel room. The bathroom was so spacious & there was a lot of mirror space for getting ready. The only thing I would say is to be careful with the bathroom sliding door it gets stuck. 10/10 stay.

Host were very nice and responsive, and the home was so clean that there was not a speck of dust on my feet. Awesome !!

Natty was really great. Place was just as advertised. It felt better than a hotel suite. Snacks and drinks for the guest were a plus. Walking distance to local gift shop and coffee shop was nice. Area felt safe overall.

The apartment was wonderful. The space was nice, comfortably furnished, clean, newly remodeled, and well-supplied. There were a lot of thoughtful little extras that were appreciated. I was a little concerned about noise because the unit was in a row of attached units but they were well soundproofed and we didn't hear a thing from either side or from outside. The communication was excellent and the directions and check-in made everything easy. The only thing I might let people know about is that there is one parking space and it is about thirty yards (I'm guessing) from the unit so this might be a pain if you've got a lot to bring inside or if it's raining. There is additional parking on the street about a short block away. The location is near Cottage Hospital and about a mile and half from the courthouse downtown. It is easy to drive anywhere in Santa Barbara from here. There are also restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a half mile. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was off the main street which made it very quiet. Very walkable. It was easy to get around with a stroller and a toddler. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible visit to Santa Barbara staying here! Everything looked just like the pictures and the back patio was gorgeous. We loved the quick walk up to the beach and had no problem with taking the time to walk into downtown. We really appreciated Maddi’s recommendations for food, drinks, and hikes. Very convenient place, highly recommend!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

Very clean and convenient location

This was a perfect location for our week in SB. The location is a short uber ride to most Funk Zone destinations. Leadbetter Beach is literally across the street from this location. You can hear & see the ocean from the living room & main bedroom. This location also had its own private hot tub & fire-pit in the attached side yard. I think I missed this detail when I made my reservation. The apartment itself was very spacious & great for two couples to share. It was well stocked with all the important items needed in the kitchen & bathrooms. The owner/ manager was very responsive & helpful when we reached out. We loved it here & would definitely stay again!
