Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a small bbq & firepit. WiFi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive to Port Lavaca. If you have kids this is the beach for them, if not, you'll love it too. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay.

We have stayed with Scott previously. He has always been a great host!! We appreciate him be easy to reach and communicate with.

karim was very helpful and responsive. I had a car issue and he was very prompt in helping mr. The property itself was super beautiful. Benny the groundsmen was also super sweet and kind during my stay. I had such a lovely time viewing the lake and getting the relaxation I needed by the pool. Everything in the property looks exactly like the photos. I also love the two dogs on the property and the donkey!

The pictures & description pale in comparison to the reality of this vacation oasis. We were immensely impressed by the hospitality of the hosts- little touches, snacks, everything a traveler might need. Clearly a lot of thought and love went into creating this unique and welcoming experience. We loved the wraparound porch and the abundant wildlife. Thank you Rene and Illeen for putting so much of your time and attention into creating such a wonderful place. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
