House vacation rentals in Loire Valley

We had a lovely week at la Bardoire. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. Delphine is a very responsive host. There are several minor maintenance issues which need attention and then it would be perfect.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en compagnie d’amis , et de nos enfants. Christophe nous a accueilli et nous avons fait le tour du bien ensemble. Le logement correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. À 30 min du zoo , nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et les enfants étaient ravis! La maison est dans un Lieu paisible et très bien entretenu. Christophe était disponible en cas de besoin mais tout le nécessaire était déjà mis en place pour passer un bon séjour! Je recommande fortement !

Un séjour ressourçant dans un cadre bucolique. Le logement allie charme et confort. Le domaine, en pleine nature, est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme ambiant et la piscine, idéale pour se détendre. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Het was een geweldig verblijf in Le petite maison. Heerlijke natuur, prachtig zwembad en een enorm grote tuin. Echt genieten; hier kom je volledig tot rust.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique chez Michel. C'est un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. La maison est spacieuse, très bien décorée, confortable, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le jardin est immense et magnifiquement entretenu, on s'y sent apaisé et nous avons pu également profité de la grande terrasse, des hamacs, transats et de la piscine. Il y a un parking privé pour la voiture. Le centre ville est à 3 minutes en voiture et il y a 2 grands supermarchés juste à proximité. La région est magnifique et vaut le détour. Michel nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et a été un hôte parfait. Nous reviendrons dès que possible chez lui.

Sejour en famille (enfants et petits enfants) qui nous laisse un excellent souvenir. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Piscine chauffée le TOP. Gite très reposant en pleine nature et proche d'AMBOISE. Cordialement. Famille FANTOU

It is a unique cottage in a fantastic location. So quiet with great views and the private pool is gorgeous. I couldn’t fault it. Jean was a delightful host and made us feel very welcome.

Nous avons passé un super sejour chez Véronique ! Le gite est très bien équipé, le jardin superbe et la piscine chauffée magnifique ! Véronique et une hote adorable très accueillante, flexible et les échanges sont simples. Nous avons bien profité des alentours à visiter qui sont superbes Je recommande vivement ! Si nous revenons dans le coin je reviendrais avec plaisir Merci encore !

Het verblijf was geweldig, het is een authentiek huisje op het terrein waar ook de eigenaren wonen. Het huis is sfeervol en landelijk ingericht en zeer netjes en schoon. Het is zeer landelijk gelegen maar op goede afstand van alle voorzieningen en er is genoeg te ondernemen als je wilt, veel mooie kastelen in de buurt en mooie stadjes. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig en hier hebben we erg van genoten, evenals het geluid van alle vogels om ons heen. Anne en Yvon zijn zeer attente, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die ten alle tijde voor je klaarstaan mocht je dit nodig hebben, aan de andere kant respecteren ze ook je privacy. Absoluut een aanrader!

We verbleven in een knus huis omgeven door veel groen in een bijzondere landschapstuin. We hebben ervaren dat Patrick het belangrijk vindt dat zijn gasten het echt naar hun zin hebben. Elke ochtend bracht hij ons vers brood. Bij aankomst vonden we in de koelkast melk, boter, eieren, spekjes en water. Op tafel een fles wijn. We hebben het heerlijk gehad in deze mooie omgeving en waren graag nog langer dan 8 dagen gebleven!!

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

jacqueline est une hote extraordinaire. le gîte est magnifique au calme, bien clôturé pour que notre chien Ubby en profite bien. l'intérieur est très confortable, lumineux et douillé. Jacqueline nous offrait tous les jours la salade du jardin et les oeufs du poulailler, c'était bien agréable. Merci pour tout Jaqueline. Si le paradis existe c'est peut être a Vau Godet.

This experience was magical. All aspects were flawless. We experienced a piece of heaven in this magnificent space. Beautiful, authentic with everything needed for a long stay. Ivana was welcoming, attentive, helpful and lovely. We have stayed at 100s of places about the world, and for us, this rose way up as a perfect match. La maison est implantée dans un parc d’une extrême beauté, avec de magnifiques arbres, des fleurs par milliers, des centaines d’oiseaux et un groupe de canards. Le tout agrémenté d’une très belle et grande piscine, chauffée. La maison est bien décorée, tres bien équipée. La végétation, très dense devant la maison, l’isole complètement du reste de la propriété; l’intimité est totale, et fait de cet endroit un véritable havre de paix. Les propriétaires sont adorables, à la fois discrets et attentionnés. Les commerces sont nombreux et variés à un peu plus de 5 minutes en voiture. Merci à Christophe et Sébastien pour leur accueil chaleureux !

We really enjoyed our stayed at the Gite. The location was perfect for exploring the Loire Valley, and it was very close to Blois if you wanted to stop at a grocery store, etc. The pool was fabulous and our daughters really enjoyed it after a day of chateau site seeing. Cathy is a very responsive and delightful host and she gave great recommendations. The Gite was very well appointed and had a very nice kitchen for preparing meals. One nice surprise is that there was so many great walks you could take from the Gite, with a chateau or manor at every turn. I feel fortunate to have stayed at such a lovely place.

Einfach zauberhaft das kleine gemütliche Häuschen mit dem großen, parkähnlichen umzäunten Garten, einen direkten Zugang zur Loire und die Gastfreundschaft von Françoise und Daniel. Zur Begrüßung stand die Flasche Crémant samt Gläser bereits im Kühlschrank, es gab selbstgemachte Aprikosenmarmelade und wir haben ein Abendessen von Daniel gebucht, hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch, auf dem Grundstück ist es herrlich ruhig und doch sind in der Gegend unzählige Ausflugsziele und Tipps der Gastgeber gibt es auch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, unser Hund hat den Garten geliebt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

Une maison bleu adossée à la colline..... ce qui vivent là ont jetés la clef.... Charmante petite maison, très calme, bien équipée, beau coin de verdure fleuri. J'ai pu me ressourcer et même télétravailler.... Thierry m'a très bien accueilli, et j'ai pu découvrir grâce à lui un petit resto au bord de la rivière ou je me suis régalé. De même qu'il connait par cœur l'histoire de son hameau et sa région. Une bible locale... A une dizaine de minutes de Segré, sur l'axe Angers Rennes, très bien situé pour faire un agréable séjour. Maisonnette rebâtie avec amour et goût. Je conseille ce bout de Paradis et son hôte des plus réceptif et convivial.

Madeline was an absolutely lovely host!! She met us on arrival and walked us through the home and explained all the amenities. She sent us some amazing restaurant recommendations as well and other recommendations for the area. Her home is beyond 5 stars. So beautiful and peaceful and nothing was missing. I cannot recommend this location and Madeline enough. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing stay and wonderful memories!

Lovely accommodation and location . Thank you Ann for an impromptu wine tasting and tour. We loved chatting and laughing with you and drinking your wine. The view from the balcony is breathtaking . First time to the Loire valley and the amazing chateaux’s . Recommend the l’etape gourmande for a meal villandry .
