Perfect house for large groups in Rioja Alavesa. Very good location and very quiet area! The perfect bbq txoko to enjoy a good dinner!

The house is in a beautiful setting, a few minutes walk from the town of Otxandio, very well connected by road in any direction. The house is very well furnished, and it is very comfortable for a large group. The rooms were spacious and the garden was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Yves' home. The house is very pleasant to live in. The space was very clean and nothing was missing. The garden is well enclosed for our two dogs, the bocce court is very nice! Ideal place for nature lovers and hiking, beautiful landscapes within walking distance from the house.

The house is very nice, with everything you need. It was very clean and very comfortable. It is right next to Plazaola Greenway which is very nice and nice for walks. The fireplace is very nice for winter afternoons. The shame is that due to the bad weather, we were not able to use the barbecue.

Excellent stay in a bicentennial house. Located in the center of Rioja, you can visit the good cellars of the region, and go eat Tapas calle San Juan a Logroño, which is only 30 min away. Villa is located in a Pamplona suburb. Easy access to the center of town on the bus (pay with Credit card or phone). Villa is super quiet, with a yard and a pool. We did not get to use the pool due to it being too cold when we visited - but we did enjoy sunning in the garden. House itself is an older construction with older furniture but everything you need is available. Ana has a basement apartment on site and is very available but we only saw her when we arrived and left. Very welcoming and gave us great recommendations

Very rural, a tiny number of houses including the owners, nearby. An orchard - yummy plums - and outside seating. Renovated old house full of character and historic details- nice and cool on a hot day. Really lovely scenery. V. Good local walks. 15 min drive to interesting historic Orduna for supermarket/cafes. 30 mins drive to central Vitoria-Gasteiz (a great small city- Basque, interesting, non touristy). Owners happy to advise eg on local hikes.

Perfect stay for a weekend with friends. Playground for the little ones who were very entertaining. Rooms with comfortable mattresses and good cleanliness. Kitchen and wide table where we could perfectly eat all together without the need to take turns. House close to attractions and very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Esther the hostess of the house was very attentive at all times prepared a ginkana for the village and the children were very entertained in search of the treasure. Flexible check out. Our stay was fabulous! The house and property were very comfortable and very clean. The place had everything we needed for 5 adults and 1 infant. The views were spectacular.

A great choice for a peaceful break in the heart of Rioja. Ana is fantastic - full of tips and a perfect host, who met us at the door for a short tour. The house has bags of character so great to get that from her! Our week at the house was perfect - it was warm, so eating outside, using the 'summer kitchen' just inside was simple. The view of Treviana from the house is beautiful and adds a great sense of location. Worth saying there's no shop or restaurant in the town - so trips will be car based, but Haro and Logrono are amazing, and there are lots of great small towns, supermarkets and bodegas for wine tasting a short drive away. The house is huge - and i think better than the pictures. Its old and full of character and some family possessions, but from the large dusty wine cellar to the huge entry door, its really impressive. Living areas like bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens were clean and in good condition.

We were 5 people and we were very comfortable, the house is beautiful and impeccable. The kitchen had all kinds of utensils and very organized, and the fridge and freezer were very large. The rooms with comfortable beds and the sheets smelled great. The entire outside area was very well cared for, just as shown in the pictures. Quiet, comfortable area near wineries. Silvia was charming and very kind to us, she explained everything in detail and was flexible with entering and leaving the accommodation so we could enjoy the house. We had some questions and he answered us immediately at all times. An 11! Definitely a highly recommended option, we hope to repeat later.

Iker, super attentive and majo. The hostel has a unique floor, a shared garden with a good staircase with railing to go down to it, the pool of the perfect size not to do the goat but cool off. In turn, we have another additional garden with a separate street entrance, with simple climbing wall, hose and snack. We were going well, with music and evidence of the village and without problems, we made noise until 1.30 on the street and a little more inside the house, no problem for the neighbors next door (they didn't tell us anything) the main living room is spacious for group meals. We've had the fortune to coincide with the star rains of August, from the patio, covering the lights and its sensors you can see the sky without light pollution barely, beautiful. The hostel pool is shared with the guests of a cottage from within the village, but we are going no problem for us Repeating if we can.
