A parking space is dedicated to you right in front of the accommodation. Enjoy the beaches of Loctudy and Lesconil just 5 minutes by car for an unforgettable getaway.

In the golden triangle of Loctudy 80 meters from a small quiet beach and 100 meters from the central street with its shops, here is a fisherman's cottage renovated in 2024. Rare, you can pick up your croissants and then reach the beach in 30 seconds. All services nearby (bakery, creperie, fishmonger, convenience store, press, pharmacy) but in an authentic small peaceful and sought-after area composed of fishermen's houses and mansions facing the sea.

It is conveniently located in Bénodet, in a pleasant, quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac environment while being close to many amenities. Very wide choice of activities on foot or by bike in the seaside resort of Bénodet and the Breton Riviera. So don't worry if you don't have a vehicle. Very rich cultural and musical activities in summer within a 15/20-minute drive.

Ideally located for vacations with family or friends, this large farmhouse, renovated in 2021, offers you a magnificent setting in a privileged, quiet and peaceful hamlet facing the sea. An indoor pool will allow you to relax with unobstructed bay views. The enclosed garden and several terraces will allow you to choose the best angle of view of the ocean. The beach is within walking distance (10 minutes).

Penty Pont Aven

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.

Enjoy this comfortable accommodation recently renovated, close to beaches and shops, a playground for children, water activities... all can be done on foot. Outside you will have a nice terrace and an enclosed garden for your meals or relaxing moments (garden furniture and barbecue...). You can park your vehicle at the back of the garden or in front of the house. NB: no recent review because the rental was made for 2 years by a concierge!
