Le Pluvier is 130m² and features 2 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and 1 upstairs with king size bed and its own bathroom adjacent. The twin bedroom has an en-suite. All bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen comprises dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle and espresso coffee maker. The modern TV has satellite English and French Freesat channels. We have good 4G coverage as well as free wi-fi.

In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 90 m2 3-star gîte, completely renovated in 2023 with heated pool on a 300 m2 plot. Parking. Located at the gates of Loches and its royal city, on the Indre cycling route, all services within a radius of 3 km, market twice a week with regional producers. 35 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo, 40 minutes from Tours, many castles of the Loire within a radius of 50 km (Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chinon...) 1 hour from the Futuroscope.

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

Longère du Sud Touraine in the heart of the Loire Valley

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small village typical of southern Touraine. No neighbors, unobstructed views of rolling countryside. Large leisure garden with terraces and in-ground pool (May to September). This family home was refurbished in 2018. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
